Well, after reading the negative comments, I felt inclined to write a review myself. The Ramen was actually quite good! If you look for a Ramen at that price range, expect no more. You found a your place. I totally recommend it. It's spicy, and minced well. The Noodles are hand pulled and pretty good (obviously). The meat is just fine. But at that price range, you can't expect any more. It blends in well with the other ingredients.

Concerning all the complaints, they do seem to have taken customers complaints seriously. The Ramen was spicy and minced well, it had more than one piece of meat in it, the service was good, the order digital, so no annoying wait times, except for the kitchen prepping your dish. Of course, one can find fancier Ramen elsewhere, but for that, you'd immediately live in a higher price range. Amazing on the go quick grab kind of hole in the wall stop for authentic Chinese cuisine. The menu options are limited but what they do they do it 100% on point 👌🏽 I lived in China so i can clearly say this is authenticity in a bowl/ bao. The place is rather small and crowded even during weekdays at noon but i promise it’s worth the wait. The ramen noodles are amazing and they make their own hand pulled Chinese noodles and baos and also their dumplings. I highly recommend it if you want something affordable, good quality and quantity to try out. All staff in the kitchen are Chinese Uyghurs. The waiters speak Turkish and some speak a little English. The restaurant is two floors that have few tables on each. Groups would probably suffer landing a spot for all of them at once there but it’s good if you’re two people at most. However, there was a problem: one of the dishes I ordered was out of stock, but we waited for half an hour and only found out after asking the staff—no one informed us beforehand. Since I have a big appetite, I ordered an extra dish, but after another half an hour, it still didn't arrive.

To summarize:

The out-of-stock dish wasn't updated in the ordering system. For the dish that was supposedly available, the kitchen staff didn't inform the front desk, or the front desk staff failed to check if all ordered dishes were served. This kind of situation happened twice to the same table under the same order within an hour, showing a complete lack of reflection. The staff only apologized when I finally canceled the order to check out, which is far from the expected service attitude...
