‏Me and my family had a very bad experience in this restaurant the ice cream guy (ozgan) was impolite and rude to us and my baby dropped water by accident the ice cream guy (ozgan) started screaming at me and said ‘’why you didn’t take the water from him and you didnt take care of him who will clean it and moree’’ And he got really mad and my baby is onlyy 2 years, He wanted to give me a lesson in literature and morals, and my small cousin bought ice cream she bought Oreo but he gave her vanilla. I recently visited [vitavien] in Turkey, and it was a disappointing experience. Despite the hype, the ice cream was mediocre at best. The flavors were bland, lacking the richness and creaminess I expected. The texture was icy and felt more like frozen water than proper ice cream.

The service was another letdown. The staff seemed uninterested and were quite rude when asked about the different flavors. The place was also quite dirty, with sticky tables and unclean floors.

Moreover, the prices were exorbitant for the quality provided. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying ice...
