Okay, heres an objective and honest review: Since their only dish is tirit (it is a mixture of lamb meat, diced tomatoes, cubed bread, butter, yogurt and parsley in a cute clay dish), i will only be reviewing it.
I've had it over 5 times so i'm past the first time craze, and i can honestly tell you that unless you're a vegetarian, there is not a chance that this dish will NOT put a smile on your face! As it is fairly priced and very busy during the weekends (which causes their food to be sold out by around 2 - 3 in the afternoon), it is well worth the stop if you're visiting Konya or around the neighbourhood. I usually take relatives visiting, or treat myself, friends and family as it is a meal for special occasions. They also have an okay pudding (Zerde) which is mediocre at best and due to how busy it usually is, they do NOT serve tea.
Note: the meal is quite loaded and a bit on the heavy side, so be mindful of this if you have a weaker stomach or lower tolerance to...

If you have to wait for a table, just wait it’s realy worth!!
The taste of this meal is from another dimension.
The serve just one meal, but the cooked it to perfection. Is a local food you can find it only in Konya. It’s simmilar to Iskender but from my opinion much much better.
On the picure it looks oily but it isn’t, its just the slow cooked broth. Protip: When you mix the broth with the jogurt underneath, the cutted bread soaks it up and then you eat it with the freshly grilled meat, next level.
Also the dessert Zerde was very delicious. It like a rice dish with curcuma, cinnamon and nuts on the top.
Also the serving personal was realy friendly. So we visited this reataurant twice, we couldn’t leave konya without eating a second portion of this masterpiece. We come back again, inşallah.

The dish came out sizzling and juicy with tender meat piled over pieces of bread that were soaking in what tasted like a rich, yogurt-based broth. It was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and totally unique. We liked it so much we tried to order another round, but something got lost in translation, and sadly it never came… then we found out they’d completely sold out!
Hot tip: get there early! By around 5:45pm, they had run out of Tirit. It’s clearly a local favorite...
