Nice food but they charge tourists more. And the workers aren't friendly with you when you aren't turkish even I'm Muslim. Not nice. In general Turkey is a lovely country but the people are very bad and racist and nobody of them speaks foreign languages, so they answer always in their language and if you didn't buy or understand they become aggressive. Streetfood is amazing experience but if the restaurant doesn't have a menu like this restaurant so don't surprise when they charge you more than the locals and that happened always with shisha for local 60Tl and tourists 100Tl...

Der beste Ort zum authentischen Kebab Essen in ganz Konya.Dieses Restaurant ist ein sehr kleines historisches Restaurant, mit Sitzplätzen oben, dafür aber mitten in der Stadt. Es gibt aber noch ein großes Restaurant von ihnen auch in Konya, das sehr schön ist.

Der typische Kebab aus Lammfleisch wird sehr viele Stunden (bis zu 14h) ganz langsam im Steinofen gegart sodass es dann danach butterweich ist. Hier wird traditionell immer mit Händen gegessen 😊 Unten im Restaurant ist ein Waschbecken auch zum Hände waschen.

Der Besucher kann wählen wie "fettig" er es haben möchte. Wenig, normal oder viel. Und wieviel man möchte. Eine normale Portion hat 100g. Wer mit großem Hunger kommt sollte 150g nehmen.

Purer Fleischgeschmack, dazu frische Zwiebeln, Tomaten, türkische lange grüne Paprika und frischer Ayran. Damit die Beilagen nicht den tollen Geschmack des Fleisches überdecken sind diese sehr leicht. Serviert wird der Kebab auf einem im Steinofen gebackenen traditionell türkischen Fladenbrot. So geht das leckere Fett des Fleisches nicht verloren, sondern zieht in das Brot ein und verleiht ihm einen tollen Geschmack.

Wir waren schon sehr oft da und jedes mal war es sehr gut und der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I have tried majority of top restaurants in Istanbul but compare to this amazing Konya bazar restaurant, I should say “hands down”. I cannot wait to go back for dinner and try another food.
