This is the second time I have visited this magnificent restaurant.

Alfresco dining at its finest. Ordering Kirisik Pide (mixed Turkish pizza), it was placed before me in less than ten minutes from pad to table, and whilst the restaurant was reasonably busy. Coming straight from the wood fired oven, the pide was beautifully hot, the crust crisp, the blend of what I can only guess to be local cheeses, were hugely flavoursome, and melted to perfection. With a selection of meat, plus sliced paprika, onion, and a simple yet punchy array of herbs and spices, this pide was a genuine 10/10.

We all know that whilst remarkable food is one thing, anyone will tell you that without obvious attention to overall cleanliness, adding to neatness of all things, and utterly professional, smiling, and engaging staff, realistic pricing, and fresh daily ingredients, a restaurant will fail. It is that simple.

Keeping that in mind, and adhering to all of those things mentioned above, 'Kervandatay Pide (restaurant) Salonu' will be here forever. Everything is the best you can imagine in this style of restaurant, and it has been an utter privilege to dine here this evening. - Nataniel.

En iyi açık hava yemeği. Kirisik Pide (karışık Türk pizzası) sipariş ettiğimde, masadan masaya on dakikadan kısa bir sürede önüme getirildi ve restoran oldukça kalabalıktı. Odun ateşinde fırından yeni çıkmış pide, harika bir şekilde sıcaktı, kabuğu çıtır çıtırdı, yerel peynirler olduğunu tahmin ettiğim karışımlar son derece lezzetliydi ve mükemmel bir şekilde erimişti. Çeşitli etlerin yanı sıra dilimlenmiş kırmızı biber, soğan ve basit ama vurucu bir dizi ot ve baharatla bu pide gerçek bir 10/10'du.

Hepimiz biliyoruz ki olağanüstü yemek bir şey olsa da, herkes size genel temizliğe, her şeyin temizliğine ve tamamen profesyonel, güler yüzlü ve ilgi çekici personele, gerçekçi fiyatlandırmaya ve günlük taze malzemelere dikkat edilmediği takdirde bir restoranın başarısız olacağını söyleyecektir. Ate here with my family last night. Great food! We ate the salami with eggs, kofte and chicken wings. Again, the food was Great! I love the fact that the whole family is working in that restaurant. The Grand Father is the head chef and all of the family members help each other out. Worth to try the place out. Also, the service was awesome. Very friendly,...
