Me and my husband parked at the back lane and came through the back door not knowing that wasn't the main front restaurant door. The restaurant was empty but serving staff were sitting at the table chilling out. We looked around and there was a nice lady behind the counter calling out to the wait staff to pass us the menu... Or else the wait staff will no do anything except stare at us. We ordered to go, but had a coffee while waiting for the orders to be prepared. All we got from the wait staff were stares. I felt very uncomfortable, and judged. When the order came, we paid and went off with stares and glares behind us. The food was nice, but for that experience I will not dine or buy food from there. Turkey can be rough if you are a vegetarian (options are limited and they get old quick!), especially if you're traveling in the country for more than a few days. The restaurant's vegetarian options are quite limited, so my wife had a harder time than I did. The meat dishes I tried were okay - the chicken tenders and fries way overcooked, but the steak was good. Definitely a nice place to have some drinks and mezzes!

We went on a busy weekend night and the place was packed, so the service slow and scattered most of the times. The waiters we're kind enough, but thet seemed quite understaffed for the number of people...

Sokak köpeği masaların arasında geziyor. Garsonlar bir yerden bir yere bagırarak birbilerine hitap ediyor. Çöpü atıp elini yıkamadan servis yapıyorlar. Misafirlerimizle gittik. 20-30 dakika sonra yemek geldi. 3 defa söylemeyle ekmek geldi. Herkesin yemegi geldi yarıya getirdiler arkadaş “senin yemegini hatırlatalım” dedi ben de “getirirler bizim ki geç pişmiştir” dedim kısa bir süre geçti söyledik yemek gelmedi diye. Sorumlu oldugunu söyleyen kişi söyledigimiz yemegin sosunun bulunmadıgını bu yüzden yapmadıklarını söyledi. Niye söylemediniz dedik başka bişey söyleriz. Bu arada bende çözüm üretmeye çalışıyorum kısa bi zamanda ne olur diye soruyorum sorumlu hiçbir şey olmamış gibi davranıyor. “Digerlerinden az az alırım artık” dedim. Misafirim niye söylemediniz diyince sorumlu arkadaş “özür dileriz” dedi. Özür dileyince herşey hallolmuş gibi tavır takımmaya başladı en son arkadaşa “özür diledim işte sizi nasıl tatmin edebilirim ” dedi. Bende sinirlendim tabi “nasıl böyle bi cümle kurabilirsin” dedim “kim buranın sorumlusu sahibi” dedim “benim sorumlusu” dedi ama sanki benim ne olucak ne olabilir gibi bi tavırla gitti sonra bi kaç dakika geçti arkama döndüm dövecekmiş gibi konuşuyosun dicektim sahibi mi başka bi sorumlu mu biri geldi “ne oldu” dedi olanları anlattık tek söyledigi şey şu “çok merak ediyorum sos neden yokmuş” dedi ya dedim “bu bana söylücek bişey degil onu çalışanlarına söylüceksin” dedim bana söyledigi “beni anlamıyosunuz sinirlesiniz arkadaş anladı” dedi. Senin anlamadıgın senin merakının beni alakadar etmedigi senin benim orda aç kalmamla, hizmetle ve çalışan kişinin bana kullandıgı söz, üslup ve durumu telafi etmek için çaba göstermen ki senin de farkın yok.
