My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this delightful and centrally located hotel in Cappadocia. This trip was particularly special as we were accompanied by my wife, our 1.5-year-old son, and my mother. Undoubtedly, this experience has etched itself as a core memory in our hearts.

Right from the start, the service we received was nothing short of exceptional. The concierge team was attentive and always ready with helpful recommendations, while the breakfast staff ensured our mornings began on a delightful note. The housekeeping team maintained the room impeccably, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

I must give a special shoutout to the hotel's restaurant, Satrap, where we had some of the most memorable dining experiences. The waitstaff, Ismail and Emre, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food at Satrap is a culinary journey in itself, with local dishes like sea bream and testi kebab being the highlights. Each bite was a delight to the senses.

Traveling with a young child comes with its challenges, but the staff here made sure we had everything we needed. On numerous occasions, they kindly provided multiple refills of cold milk for our son, making our meal times hassle-free and enjoyable.

One of the undeniable highlights of this hotel is its breathtaking views. Whether it was gazing at the enchanting landscapes or enjoying a sunset from our room, the vistas added an extra layer of magic to our stay.

The friendliness and hospitality that permeate every aspect of this hotel truly set it apart. We felt like more than just guests; we felt like part of a warm and welcoming family.

5 stars for service and view. We had high expectations for food due to the 5 star reviews. But sadly the food was lacking in freshness and flavor. We ordered the local dish - Nevsehir beef pan which cost 18€. It was incredibly dry and tasted reheated. I ordered the spaghetti Neapolitan, the tomato sauce tasted like from a can. We also ordered the spicy paste and the shepherds salad (which they forgot the parsley). The salad was the best part of the meal as it tasted fresh. I would come here for a sundowner drink, or at least lower expectations, as the service and view...

The most exquisite restaurant! The food and the service is 10/10! I am currently lucky enough to be staying in the kappadocks cave hotel in where this restaurant is and it truly is stunning! The chef and waiters really looked after me and as a solo traveller sometimes it can be daunting eating in a restaurant on your own but they made me feel so very welcomed! The steak I ordered with the unbelievable mash was a treat! And so was the warm baklava with ice cream! I really cannot fault this place at all! Perfect perfect...
