Dee's Delight — Restaurant in Providenciales

Dee's is amazing! We were in line for Island Scoop when we noticed a sweet lady standing outside Dee's by a sign for all kinds of desserts. We decided to go in and check it out, and there are all kinds of treats, from cakes and brownies to cheesecake. We got a slice of rum cake and cherry cheesecake and they were absolutely delicious. The cheesecake is reminiscent of Junior's in NYC (IYKYK) and so soft and fluffy, and the rum cake was divinely moist. Definitely the best rum cake I've ever had. This spot is a hidden gem in Providenciales, it's in a corner of the plaza next to the Pepper Town sign. Not only are the desserts a delight, but Dee is TOO! A triumph of sweets and amazing customer service — we’ve been here at least thrice now, and each time we’ve been greeted with a smile, friendly conversation and DELISH desserts! My husband loves Dee’s banana bread and I’m in love with her amazing cheesecake! Everything is very clearly made with so much love & talent. (If you are looking for something special for an event or birthday, I’m sure Dee would make something amazing as a special order.) Dee’s desserts are legitimately the best food I’ve had on the island by far!!! The cakes are sooooo moist and fluffy! We bought some cake slices because we were tired of waiting in line for Island Scoop and wanted something sweet, and were completely blown away by how amazing and flavorful they were. I’m honestly bummed we found the shop towards the end of our trip because we would have come back every day to try everything! Dee was also a delight to chat with, she was so sweet and kind and gave us great recommendations. GO TO DEE’S IF YOU’RE IN PROVO!!
