Shisha with Italian food and elegent gathering on abu dhabi corniche. It was amazing experience in high end Italian Restaurant

Italian cuisine is the most beloved & famous cuisine in the world.Accessible , comforting ,seemingly simple but endlessly delicious 😋 it never disappoints just as it seems to never change ❤️ That’s so right and we literally experienced it yesterday during our visit to the best Italian food provider @cerutticafe that is located near Corniche, Abudhabi. One of the best casual dining experience we had (more like in street food style of Italy ) 😃 Upon reaching Mr Roderick welcomed us and ensured that everything around us is perfect and the efforts he is putting in to deliver customer satisfaction are commendable. We were served all the best sellers and they sure were best for a reason ❤️ ✅Cerutti Starter Platter (Platter consists of Mozarella Sticks, Fried Calamari , Chicken Fingers , Fried Prawns , Fried Fish ) ✅Cerutti Special Grill (Platter consists of Tikka , meat kebab , Chicken Kebab , Shish Tawook , Lamb chops , Arayes & Chicken wings served with hummus , garlic sauce and muhamara) ✅Linguini Alfredo with Chicken ✅Chicken Shawarma Pizza ✅Chicken Fajita Quesadilla ✅Strawberry Mojito & Avacado juices.

Food was absolutely delicious and finger licking good with superb presentation.Huge portion size and variety of Shisha flavours were cherry on top. Both outdoor and indoor seating is available. I recently invited my friends to Cerutti Restaurant for Iftar, but unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The restaurant was overbooked with people, and the arrangements for my guests were incredibly cramped and uncomfortable. This immediately put a damper on the overall dining experience.

The food quality at Cerutti Restaurant is undoubtedly good. The flavors were rich and delicious, and the presentation was appealing. However, the quantity of food served was limited, which was unexpected, especially during Iftar when guests are looking forward to a generous spread. This left us feeling unsatisfied and disappointed.

To make matters worse, when I brought the issue to the attention of the restaurant manager, the response was lackluster. Instead of addressing the situation and offering a solution, the manager merely offered me a coffee, which I accepted as a gesture of goodwill. However, I was taken aback when I was charged for the coffee on my bill ! It felt like a clear attempt to make up for the hospitality issue, but it left a sour taste in my mouth.

In addition to the cramped seating arrangements and limited food quantity, the service was also lacking. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed with the large number of guests, resulting in slow service and a general lack of attentiveness.

Despite the disappointing experience, I must acknowledge that the food quality at Cerutti Restaurant is indeed commendable. The flavors and taste of the dishes are worth mentioning, and it is evident that the culinary team puts effort into creating delicious meals. However, the overall dining experience was marred by the overbooking issue, cramped seating arrangements, limited food quantity, and the disappointing response from the restaurant manager.

In conclusion, while Cerutti Restaurant offers good food quality, my experience was not up to par due to the overbooking issue, uncomfortable seating arrangements, limited food quantity, and disappointing customer service. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their reservation system, seating arrangements, and customer service to ensure a better dining experience for their guests...

This isn't my first time to visit the cafe but first time to try their Buffet Lunch and it was an amazing experience, great food with great staff not just a happy tummy but a happy heart. Our group all went out of the coffee satisfied and we all agreed that it was a good experience, good value for money, good service and will definitely comeback and recommend to others.

Heaps of thanks to Mr. Roderick, Ms. Anna, Mr, Yousry and the rest of the team as they are all accommodating. From the moment you step at the Cafe you will be greeted with Enthusiasm and they will assist you with a smile. They we're so attentive to all our requests, polite and helpful. This is one of the asset a restaurant needs not just the food but the people who works behind is a perfect ingredients to create regular customers.

Aside from customer service the food was superb, a combination of International and Arabic menu was served which really appeals to our palate. Will definitely comeback and will surely recommend to friends. Can't wait to come back actually and try their seafood buffet.
