Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I just finnished my therapy in Al Halia early morning and i wanted to have my breakfast and instead of the usual coffee shops i used to go near that are i decided to go to Tim Hortons near FAB Bank head office in front of Capital gardens... The Server was rude... not even accomodating and its early morning!! he serve me a coffee and a cold sandwich combo that i ordered without tissue and without cutleries!!! how do they expect me to eat??? by hands?? i need to ask again everything like tissues and cutleries that it should be served together and its not even busy that time!! and this is Tim Hortons Yanni not a Side street Cafeteria who just sells karak and paratha!!🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️even those people has better service than here!!! i better go to my usual cafe which is Strabucks hamdan when i am in the area... that even its become rush sometimes bec of the business area itself but still all staff were accomodating, friendly and taking more care about their guest! Even Adnoc Petrol Station Oasis Cafe Service is kore better than this Tim Horton Branch!!!😡 the Indian or Nepali Guy from this Branch is Rude!! but, in other guest he was trying to be nice.. such a Racist!!! i would never go back on this Tim Hortons Branch!!! Compare ro other branch this is the worst Branch of Tim Hortons ive been in my 10years of exaistence here in Abu Dhabi!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 and this would never be...

Normally I am not giving bad reviews.. But today I had my worst experience with one of the Female Indian Crew on duty.. She was not even smiling from the very beginning... I was buying 4 dozens of donut and I know I was in a hurry from the start because I have a very important meeting as well.. but despite that, i patiently waited for 20 minutes.. After the waiting, I have requested if I can just have all the donuts on display because I was really running late for my 9 am meeting.. and she started ranting that since I came I was in hurry..blah blah..blah....the nerve of her doing that to the customer! I told her that previously I ordered 10 dozens and her male colleagues were very helpful but this particular lady was very rude! Kudos to the other lady though because she really helped me.. Too bad I was not able to get her name..but thank you for stepping up and sorry again for rushing you.. but to the other lady: you are the worst service crew I have ever encountered! I am sorry the poor review is only...

I always go here with my favorite Ice Vanilla latte large, it's my first time to review here on Google, sharing you my experience on this branch. The branch has a good quality staff they greet me once I enter the to the branch with smile on their faces. U will entertain by their modest approach, especially the staff mowfawl and Angelo they are the one who keeps me coming back for more on the branch. The quality of the donuts is very fresh, even I brought it at home the taste is good like it was made a minutes ago although there the bread a little bit not crunchy but I tell u 97% u still love the donuts. I highly recommend Tim Hortons this branch. 💯💯💯💯.
