Chatime - Yas Mall Branch — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

HORRIBLE! In everyway!! So heres my experience with this place. Ive never been to this place before but have had and love boba tea. Get there like 2 minutes before closing because i had hell trying to find the place. I ask if they could do a quick order because i really wanted to try this place. The only lady working says yes in a very ANNOYED tone. I look past it thinking she is having a bad night. I order a drink for myself and my friend. Same exact drink right....well when i get handed the tea i hand it to my friend then stand there waiting for a good few seconds looking at the lady and say "oh i ordered 2".....HERES WHERE I LOSE FAITG IN THE TASTE OF THIS TEA......this lady does the most annoying sigh and repeats the order and starts making another one by just throwing the ingredients in a cup and barely mixing. Finally i get my drink. I say have a good night and i leave...... Now to the drink taste. THIS IS WHERE I LOSE FAITH IN THE COMPANY. I got Taro..... but my drink was like if taro was sitting out for a bit and you added chunks of dirt.....it was so grainy and just so off. She threw this drink together and made a first time experience there horrible in everyway possible. I wasted my money and time on this place.... NEVER AGAIN! THE ONLY REASON I EVEN GAVE IT A DAMN STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CANT GO LOWER...

Before I was really like chatime, but when I saw the attitude of the staff there specially the guy with a beard he is really annoying. Im a regular customer of chatime and Im a staff in Yas Mall, normally Im having a staff discount but when I mentioned that why he didnt put a discount he told me AY NAPUNCH KO NA. Its okay but sometimes you need to apologize and make sure that you fulfill your customers satisfaction before he/ she left the shop. After that he always show me mad face everytime I saw him outside their shop. Staffs are need to be train their customer service together with their good manners and right conduct so that they can bring it anywhere in...

today me and my mum went there and got 1 milk tea with extra boba and cappuccino with boba right? SO it was only TWO the worker Filipino guy he placed TWO milk teas and ONE cappuccino when we ordered too i pointed at the extra boba sign and told him TWO bobas one milk tea and Cappuccino so we paid extra for THREE bobas(we asked for 2) and I tasted the milk tea and it was BAD. VERY. BAD. There was no sweet when I told him normal sweet. And the cappuccino was too strong me and my mum only ate the bobas and left the guy also accused us and said he read the order when he said TWO but then made us get THREE and made us pay...
