Second visit — and still an exceptional experience! I returned to Kronfol at Yas Mall for breakfast, and once again, everything was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served. The atmosphere, service, and food came together for a calm, elegant morning meal that exceeded expectations.
I ordered the full Lebanese breakfast tray with an extra side of shakshouka, and every item was a highlight on its own:
🔸 Shakshouka: Perfectly seasoned with fresh tomatoes and eggs cooked just right — not too runny, not overdone. 🔸 Falafel: Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and not greasy at all. 🔸 Labneh with makdous: Rich, balanced flavor — creamy labneh paired with flavorful, well-marinated eggplant. 🔸 Manakish (three types): Served warm and fresh from the oven, with cheese that melts beautifully and zaatar that’s fragrant and authentic. 🔸 Avocado with cream and honey: A refined, modern twist — light, smooth, and slightly sweet. 🔸 Kunafa with cream: The perfect finish — light, not overly sweet, and just the right texture.
The service was excellent — friendly, attentive staff, timely service, and a clean, well-organized table setup.
The space is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a peaceful breakfast whether you’re alone or with company.
A wonderful, detail-rich dining experience. This place has definitely earned a spot on my regular list. ———————— This was my first time trying Kronfol and it was excellent in every way. The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was smooth, the staff were polite, and the overall experience was truly satisfying. Highly recommended — and I’ll definitely...
Read moreYesterday, we went for lunch with my sister and friends. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were nice. We only waited a few minutes before getting a table, which was fine because the restaurant was very crowded, and we hadn’t reserved a table in advance.
I ordered Chicken Halloumi Pesto with White Rice, while my friends ordered Lamb Chops, Fried Cauliflower, and Half Grilled Chicken. We all had Tabbouleh as a side dish and Halawet El Jaben for dessert.
Usually, I like the Chicken Halloumi Pesto flavor to be light, but this time, it was too strong! I tried my friend’s Half Grilled Chicken, and it was delicious!
Another thing is that the Tabbouleh was too salty, which overpowered the other flavors. But the Halawet El Jaben was mouth-watering—it’s a must-try!
The price was a bit high compared to similar places, but the quality and portion size made it worth it. Overall, a...
Read moreTo be honest, i had high hopes for this restaurant. The food was very very very bad. Not at all our usual Lebanese style. The fatteh was super super super cold, the fried bread was cold as well, along with the saggy mkhalal. For the service. I did ask then to bring plate of mkhalal and they did, when the other waiter served there was a mkhalal plate he didnt serve ( cz he saw the one on the table ) then i asked him again to bring that mkhalal plate as they serve mkhalal in small quantities. Then the first waiter that I initially asked for mkhalal from came to me with a smirk and asked “how’s the mkhala?” They told me you asked for the other plate.” With a very very bad smirk on his face. I told him yes cz when they saw that there is a small plate here they didnt put the one that was on the serving plate.
After all, unfortunately the service and the food...
