The worst experience for all the off the hook branch. The server was very rude, not friendly at all. We felt like no one is there to even assist us for our needs. Hes just hiding inside waiting for us to serve ourselves. Never going to dine here again. I hope the management will take action on this. I was really concern on the brand name.
