Today I ordered from The Saray Khana Restaurant and picked up my order. I ordered Fish Cutlet, Mughlai Paratha, and Egg Devil. When I opened the meal at home, the Fish Cutlet was not fresh it had been cooked earlier and was just heated in the microwave. The Mughlai Paratha was scorched. When I called the restaurant, the chef informed me that they only eat like this way and that the Mughlai Paratha will be like this.Even after that, I called the restaurant's owner, Miss. Piyali, who told me that our food is like this and that our kitchen staff are excellent. She suspected that I was lying to them. After that, I told her that I didn't need this type of spoilt food and wanted to return it.She eagerly stated to return it and did not even say that she will replace the food. They did not replace the food or repay the money, and the chef and owner did not even apologise. They were really arrogant and rude to the customer.
Earlier when Mr. Avik was there we did not get this type of behaviour.

I had a plate of schezwan rice, mixed noodles and chilli chicken which had left my mouth watering. To end everything, I was served a bowl of steaming hot gulab jamun which was the...
