Adaline is more than a restaurant — it is a destination that redefines the art of fine dining in Dubai. From the very first moment you step through its doors, you are immersed in a world that feels cinematic: a carefully curated ambiance of soft, golden lighting, rich textures, and an energy that is both sultry and sophisticated. The setting is chic yet timeless, designed not only for dining but for creating moments that linger in memory.
The experience begins with the atmosphere — live music flows seamlessly through the room, adding an elegant rhythm to the evening, while every corner feels alive with understated glamour. It is a place where the connected come together, a gathering spot for those who appreciate beauty, taste, and refinement in equal measure.
The menu, masterfully crafted, is a love letter to Italian cuisine, elevated with contemporary artistry. Every plate is as visually stunning as it is flavorful, with ingredients chosen for their purity and freshness, then reimagined with creativity and precision. From delicately prepared seafood to indulgent pastas and risottos, each dish is a story of balance, innovation, and passion. It is dining that feels both comforting and sophisticated, familiar yet entirely new.
Service at Adaline is as refined as its setting — discreet, polished, and deeply attentive. Each interaction is purposeful without ever being intrusive, as if the staff anticipates your needs before you realize them yourself. This creates an effortless flow to the evening, where you are free to savor, connect, and indulge without distraction.
What sets Adaline apart is not just the food or the music, but the harmony of it all — the way culinary excellence, live entertainment, and elevated design merge into a single, unforgettable narrative. It is an experience that captures the essence of modern luxury: not loud, not overstated, but deeply intentional and beautifully executed.
Adaline is not simply a place to dine; it is a place to celebrate the art of living well. Whether for an intimate evening, a celebration with those closest to you, or a night to mark something extraordinary, Adaline offers more than just a meal — it offers a memory, one that stays with you long after the final note of music fades and the last sip of...
Read moreVisited this place with my family on 30 November 2024. The food was excellent, no questions about it. But the atmosphere...... Our experience was spoiled completely from the very arrival: The restaurant takes your credit card details when you make the reservation and if you are late more than 20 min they do not keep your table and the now-show means AED 250 "fine" per person. So, we arrived 5 min before our time. Do you think we were offered to wait for 5 min at the table or at the bar? NO. We, along with few other clients who came early were forced to wait at the closed door (locked!) in the corridor of the building till the very last second. Adaline made us look like beggars or homelessness waiting for the free soup or something... Reception. It is a restaurant policy to not allow taking pictures inside. Personally, I have no problem with that, but the girl at the reception insisted on putting stockers on the cameras of our phones (!). Imagine, a stocker on the lens of your camera on your phone! Luckily enough, the girl did not know that smartphone have more than 1 camera these days so we had to clean only one lens after this "hospitality". Generally, girls at the reception behaved like they were making us a favor by letting us in. With this beginning, the rest of the evening could not feel good. Long story short: NEVER AGAIN. I hope that this place will not survive competition in such a hospitable place like Dubai (being a notable exception to this rule). P.S. The restaurant does not allow photos inside but, in all 14 5-star reviews there are photos. How that could happen? What this makes you think about sincerity of...
Read moreAdaline is Dubai’s take on fine dining with elegant seating, located right at the entrance of DIFC Village.
I will start my review with the: Food: 8/10 That the food was exceptional We started with the Vitello Tonnato—delicately thin slices of veal paired with a velvety tuna sauce Tartufo Pizza arrived in elegant, miniature slices, each bite bursting with flavor and earthy truffle
Then The main course was the Ravioli it was hand freshly made with Bolognese sauce staffed with fresh spinach.
Atmosphere: 10/10 Adaline excels in ambiance. The elegant interiors were elevated by a live band.
Service: 5/10
Service 5/10 the head waters and waiters they Forgot explain there is a complimentary breads that served at the beginning of the meal “Chef’s Complimentary Bite”
Unfortunately, the service fell well below expectations. The staff appeared disorganized, with the head waiter and servers unsure of their roles. Most notably, my main course was forgotten and only brought after I followed up.
When I raised the issue with Mr. Murad, the restaurant manager, he neither acknowledged the mistake nor offered an apology. It was a disappointing moment.
Final: Adaline delivers an exceptional culinary experience wrapped in a beautiful setting—but the service must rise to meet the standard of the kitchen. Would I return? Absolutely. The food and ambiance alone warrant a second visit. One hopes that by then, the service will have caught up with the restaurant’s...
