We went last night to the Bar Buci, and I must say, it was an experience that will forever remain etched in my memory. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was captivated by the breathtaking view of the iconic Burj al Arab right from my table. It was truly a feast for the eyes! The ambience at Bar Buci is simply outstanding. The interior design is perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in every aspect of the restaurant, from the comfortable seating to the stylish decor, was impressive. Bar Buci's offers amazing food options, I really enjoyed the lobster roll and hummus guacamole. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every dish, and the attention to flavor combinations was commendable. Also the signature cocktails are must try! But what truly set this dining experience apart was the view. Sitting at Bar Buci, enjoying my meal while gazing out at the majestic Burj al Arab, was nothing short of magical. The restaurant's strategic location in Jumeirah al Qasr allows for uninterrupted vistas of this architectural wonder, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. The staff at Bar Buci deserves a special mention. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening. The level of service provided was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was exceptional... I recommend Bar Buci as it is a true gem - a place where you can create cherished memories while savoring delicious food and enjoying a panoramic view of the Burj al Arab. The place is magnificent! It was not my first time, I loved the ambiance and the interior as always, especially the terrace view is to die for! And the food is amazing and most of all the drinks, which made a huge impact. I was served by Allan, who was impeccably professional, amiable and knowledgeable. The drinks he recommended were delicious! And his service throughout the evening was extremely consistent and satisfactory, which is a rare combination in hospitality. A huge thanks to him & also the Indian mixologist at the bar was quite welcoming as well!

There was a Filipino lady, who happened to be the supervisor/in charge, was quite the opposite of the individuals mentioned above. If she really holds that position, she ain’t setting the right example as she barely understands which made me feel uncomfortable. I suppose it is of paramount importance that she gets training on guest relations from her fellow subordinates.

All in all, the food is amazing, the place is amazing, the vibe is so lush and laid back at the same time! Bar Bucci is my ideal...

Bar Buci was a pleasant surprise. My initial positive impression was the ambience of the bar. It is not pretentious, it is contemporary with classic furniture and the correct lighting. The music is not disturbing, and socializing can be at a moderate voice level. I would like to hear a broader music proposition, it was one sided, in my opinion. The drinks menu was at a high level with lots of options, from around the world. I experimented with my drink, to trigger some professional consulting which i did not receive. I think, the management must spend resources and time to train the personnel on combinations and tastes. We also had a variety of bites. They were well prepared and served on time. The food styling and taste, for a five star hotel, was for four stars and did not compliment the prices. I want some extra effort in this area. Will i go again?
