Bombay Times Restaurant Karama — Restaurant in Dubai

I use to visit @bombaytimes_dubai Burdubai branch, but recently I planned to visit their newly opened branch in Karama. This place is centrally located where there is ample parking(RTA) and the place is even more big and better where you can relax and enjoy your food with your family.

As many of you know, this place stands for Mumbai street foods and you feel like you are in Mumbai streets as the tastes gives you the same feeling.

I had most of their street food and specially I loved their chaat platter which was neatly presented, street food in modern style. I thoroughly enjoyed all the chaats plus the pav bhaji which stand out in the taste. Loved their hariyali tawa pulao and the taste of chole bature. Overall I dunked with food rain😃 Their hospitality was extraordinarily awesome which is very important to receive if you are a old or new customers. Coming to ambience, it again makes you feel that you are in Mumbai street.

What a Hidden Gem – Truly Impressed!

Wow, what an absolutely amazing experience! I’m honestly surprised that I hadn’t discovered this restaurant earlier. We ordered Masala Pav, Grill Tandoori Sandwich, Dabeli, and Tawa Pulav—each dish was packed with authentic flavor, served in generous portions, and priced very reasonably. It's rare to find a place that strikes the perfect balance between quality and affordability, but this one surely nailed it!

The real highlight of our visit, however, was Mr. Awshit—a true gem of a person! His warm hospitality, quick service, and ever-present bright smile truly elevated our dining experience. Every time he visited our table, his positive energy made us feel welcome and valued. He managed everything so efficiently that it left a lasting impression.

A big shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Awshit—you truly made our day, and because of your outstanding service, this restaurant has officially become part of our regular go-to list whenever we crave delicious chaat and street food delights.

2 star for delivering wrong orders even after ordering from Noon. I had ordered Harayli paneer tawa pulav and twice it so happened my order was delivered wrong. Once I spoke to the owner or the manager of the restaurant and he said next time if I order they will compensate on it. Today ordered and again received the wrong order, this time it was the staff (and not the person earlier I had spoken too) and he agreed they had goofed up my order and someone from back was telling him to inform me that they will compensate, before I could further speak or tell anything they hanged up on me. Very very rude. The matter is of few Aed between the two dishes mentioned in the menu but it still matters a lot to me.

People Next time be very very careful if you are ordering from here, you order something and they will send you something else.
