*good for children to play but service-wise needs a big improvement* This park is great for kids and toddlers. I like that the park is big and spacious so you don’t have to worry about bumping into other kids while you are inside. A few things that need to be improved are the staff attitudes. Up on arrival, I don’t feel welcomed AT ALL. I'd spoken about 6 times visit here and it's always the same no matter who is a staff standing there. Also, there will always be 1 staff standing to open and close the door to enter the play area/she has ZERO hospitality mindset let alone the attitude toward children (and small babies/toddlers). The cafe. When I go there I always eat there at the cafe. The servers there will always act like you are here to cause them trouble. The same feeling when you enter this place. Zero interacts with you when you walk in to find a table for example. Or even when you sit down, they don’t bother to come to offer you a menu or even try to talk with you. Most of the time I will see them gathering and chatting at the cashier. The management should know that this place involves parents and kids so when they hire people they should at least see who is able to deal with this group of customers. You don't hire whoever to deal with a certain group of customers, you set up the place, and you know the profile of the visitor. At least the staff should be nicer to the kids (talking about babies or toddlers) or even be a bit more patient when dealing with the bigger ones. The staff here has no clue about doing so. Food quality is a waste of money. I paid 6xaed for 3 pieces of little burgers which look like a toy. They sell you simple stuff but cost a lot. The play area is good but service and overall here need to be improved. And the 3 stars for the play area.

I had high hopes for this playground after seeing glowing reviews on social media, but my visit was nothing short of a disaster. Two weeks ago, I saw posts stating that children under 2 years old could enter for free. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the policy had changed and my 5-month-old baby, who can't even sit up, was charged 114 AED. I didn’t want to disappoint my eldest son, who is 2.5 years old, so I reluctantly paid the fee. Upon entering, the disappointment continued. The main attraction, the top slide, was closed, and the other slides had a minimum height requirement of 103 cm, meaning my elder son couldn't use them. The air conditioning was inadequate, making the place uncomfortably hot, and there were leaks everywhere. To top it off, the morning receptionist, a Filipino lady, was extremely rude in her interactions. Furthermore, there was no feeding room available, which is essential for a place catering to young children. There are many better places at better prices. Even though they offer a full day pass, there's not enough fun to fill the time; after just a few hours, there's nothing enjoyable left to do. Overall, this visit was a complete waste of money and time. The social media advertisements are very misleading. Save your money and find a better place to take your children.

If there was an option for less than one star, I would give it! Worst experience ever! I paid a big amount for the Gold Package to make my daughter’s birthday special, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. All the promises they gave me were just empty words. No theme, no organization, no customization, no care. I had to decorate the place myself and bring the balloons, and all they did was put up the arch as if that was an achievement! We booked the room for two hours and it was a total waste. No activities, no engagement for my daughter. After a long discussion they only played ONE game. The character showed up for a few minutes, left, and never came back for the cake time. The staff were just standing around like it wasn’t their job — no participation, no singing, nothing! And on top of all that, they promised to follow up with me after my complaint but never even bothered to call! No service, no commitment, and no respect for customers. This place is just a rip-off, offering zero value for the money. I do NOT recommend it at all — avoid it completely! There are way better, cheaper, and more professional places out there. Total waste of time and money, and anyone who goes there will regret it the attached photos are from my personal arrangement.

I usually bring my son here to play with his friends and sit in the cafe while supervising him. I also have 6-month-old triplets. As I have done before, I laid down a clean cloth in a corner of the play area so they could do tummy time while I stayed near my son.

This time, the staff stopped me at the door and demanded I buy three tickets for my 6-month-old babies while my son was inside playing. Despite explaining that they cannot sit, crawl, or use any equipment, I was blocked by two staff and then the manager, all insisting ā€œeven 1-month-olds need a ticket.ā€ The play area was nearly empty, yet no flexibility or common sense was shown. They even blocked me to go check on my son when I was holding my baby saying ā€œthe baby can’t come in! We can hold the baby for you and you go check on your sonā€. My husband had to raise his voice and tell them that the baby will be held and won’t be laid on the floor while he went in to be with our son!

My questions to management and the company director: • Who wrote such an illogical policy that infants must pay entry? • What facilities do you actually provide for babies who can’t play? • How do you justify AED 90 per baby when they are developmentally only able to lie down? • Why punish parents who are simply supervising their older kids and might not have any help with them!?

Interesting fact is buffet Restaurants don’t charge for kids under 5 or 7! Not even airlines would charge for babies on lap under 2 years old! They would actually provide bassinet and food for babies too! How come a play park would charge for even 1 month old baby?

I’ve traveled to many countries and never once seen a play park charge infants under 1 year. This policy feels unreasonable and exploitative of families. Until it’s changed, I cannot...

We had very bad experience with a birthday party of my friend's at the end of April,

The party wasn't organized at all and there is no responsible person for the entertainment of the kids during the party, only this character came for short time and then kids should play in the play area separate not all together as a group, which always happen in many play areas,

By the way this character took the kids into party room with kids which is too small for their number and while doing the games children don't have space to run and the bumped into each other.

And then an accident happened to the birthday boy where he fell on his arm and it was broken which required a surgery, how come a child get broken arm in a soft playing area which should totally protected,

Also no supervision inside the play area only at the entrance to check the hand band, which is totally wrong how come this number of kids except some few supervisors, any well reputated play area should have many supervisors to guide and help the children.

At the accident time no one was their to help the boy,Only his friends came out to all us so frightened,

And the birthday was ruined and on the way to the hospital mother received a phone call for the rest of payment, which if course she will do, But in that critical situation that they have seen they should be considerate.

And by the way we heard similar incidents happened there,

Plus with this crowd waiters are overwhelmed and you have to ask for same thing many times,

I am writing this so nobody leave children unattended especially in weekend they don't put limits for the number of children.

By the way my son loved this place at there beginning, it was better organized.

It's an expensive place for birthday parties with no...
