I usually bring my son here to play with his friends and sit in the cafe while supervising him. I also have 6-month-old triplets. As I have done before, I laid down a clean cloth in a corner of the play area so they could do tummy time while I stayed near my son.
This time, the staff stopped me at the door and demanded I buy three tickets for my 6-month-old babies while my son was inside playing. Despite explaining that they cannot sit, crawl, or use any equipment, I was blocked by two staff and then the manager, all insisting āeven 1-month-olds need a ticket.ā The play area was nearly empty, yet no flexibility or common sense was shown. They even blocked me to go check on my son when I was holding my baby saying āthe baby canāt come in! We can hold the baby for you and you go check on your sonā. My husband had to raise his voice and tell them that the baby will be held and wonāt be laid on the floor while he went in to be with our son!
My questions to management and the company director: ⢠Who wrote such an illogical policy that infants must pay entry? ⢠What facilities do you actually provide for babies who canāt play? ⢠How do you justify AED 90 per baby when they are developmentally only able to lie down? ⢠Why punish parents who are simply supervising their older kids and might not have any help with them!?
Interesting fact is buffet Restaurants donāt charge for kids under 5 or 7! Not even airlines would charge for babies on lap under 2 years old! They would actually provide bassinet and food for babies too! How come a play park would charge for even 1 month old baby?
Iāve traveled to many countries and never once seen a play park charge infants under 1 year. This policy feels unreasonable and exploitative of families. Until itās changed, I cannot...

This park is great for kids and toddlers. I like that the park is big and spacious so you donāt have to worry about bumping into other kids while you are inside.
A few things that need to be improved are the staff attitudes. Up on arrival, I donāt feel welcomed AT ALL. I'd spoken about 6 times visit here and it's always the same no matter who is a staff standing there.
Also, there will always be 1 staff standing to open and close the door to enter the play area/she has ZERO hospitality mindset let alone the attitude toward children (and small babies/toddlers).
The cafe. When I go there I always eat there at the cafe. The servers there will always act like you are here to cause them trouble. The same feeling when you enter this place. Zero interacts with you when you walk in to find a table for example. Or even when you sit down, they donāt bother to come to offer you a menu or even try to talk with you. Most of the time I will see them gathering and chatting at the cashier.
The management should know that this place involves parents and kids so when they hire people they should at least see who is able to deal with this group of customers. You don't hire whoever to deal with a certain group of customers, you set up the place, and you know the profile of the visitor. At least the staff should be nicer to the kids (talking about babies or toddlers) or even be a bit more patient when dealing with the bigger ones. The staff here has no clue about doing so.
Food quality is a waste of money. I paid 6xaed for 3 pieces of little burgers which look like a toy. They sell you simple stuff but cost a lot.
The play area is good but service and overall here need to be improved. And the 3 stars for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had very bad experience with a birthday party of my friend's at the end of April,
The party wasn't organized at all and there is no responsible person for the entertainment of the kids during the party, only this character came for short time and then kids should play in the play area separate not all together as a group, which always happen in many play areas,
By the way this character took the kids into party room with kids which is too small for their number and while doing the games children don't have space to run and the bumped into each other.
And then an accident happened to the birthday boy where he fell on his arm and it was broken which required a surgery, how come a child get broken arm in a soft playing area which should totally protected,
Also no supervision inside the play area only at the entrance to check the hand band, which is totally wrong how come this number of kids except some few supervisors, any well reputated play area should have many supervisors to guide and help the children.
At the accident time no one was their to help the boy,Only his friends came out to all us so frightened,
And the birthday was ruined and on the way to the hospital mother received a phone call for the rest of payment, which if course she will do, But in that critical situation that they have seen they should be considerate.
And by the way we heard similar incidents happened there,
Plus with this crowd waiters are overwhelmed and you have to ask for same thing many times,
I am writing this so nobody leave children unattended especially in weekend they don't put limits for the number of children.
By the way my son loved this place at there beginning, it was better organized.
It's an expensive place for birthday parties with no...
