HAIRY Bread!!! || Don’t waste your money

The restaurant manager seemed angry and irritated when taking our order then appetizers came and the fruit was bad to the point which it had what looked like worm holes in it. The bread comes and it had black thin hair in it so I told the lady and instead of apologizing she said “this is wood, we put the bread on wooden tables” seriously?? Then when the manager came to replace the bread he used his bare hands after standing all day and touching doors and god knows where his hands been.

Absolutely worst experience ever, if you eat there be ready to have mosquitos&flies all over your -not even tasty- food...

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF BASED ON YOUR NATIONALITY.

Had been there with a couple of friends craving for some Arab cuisine till the staff's behavior seemed to be different based on our nationality. This was the first time ever in my life here in Dubai, where I had ordered food, got disrespected by the staff member, got up and left a restaurant.

And I would never go to the restaurant again because of their attitude towards certain nationalities. Didn't get to try their food and their food reviews aren't that great either. This kind of behavior towards a customer based on nationality needs...

Pathetic Customer Services gave an online order and specifically told No Mayonnaise No Garlic No Tahina yet the order delivered had Mayonnaise in it when we call back who ever was on the reception kept giving us stories to please check We ordered just one building away so came back to the restaurant brought the order and he said he will change it.

When i asked for manager he said he is the one and doesnt want to give me his name cause i did say i will complain Please train your staff properly pathetic...
