Worst service ever!!! What an experience!!! We choose this place to celebrate our friends birthdays… the food was amazing the only reason I gave this rating 2 or else it would have been a ZERO!! The chef deserves his credit. We were a table of 10 going for a la carte …. Service started so bad with the waiters … they were two with no clue what they were doing approached the host two times asking if we are going for the unlimited deal. ( please note a la carte pre order was made way before) We repeated we are not going for the deal we are having a la carte and order is placed! This time a supervisor or manager Asian ( Filipino in black dress code) gets in the conversation only to find out he never solved anything if anything he made it worse!( when we were ready to order we asked the food to come in stages since we had a big order and the table was small … but shock on us they kept bringing the food ) at this point we decided to relocate and we had to do the setup for another table by ourselves with the help of one waiter who looked pisses off) We had two waiters plus supervisor who never approached the table to even take drinks order or find out if we needed anything in between our meals we kept calling them, never cleared our table we were doing it by ourselves we had to place the dirty plates on the next table since they were bringing new dishes without clearance !!! Unbelievable not even in local market this happens !!! No one approached the table to ask how was the food or if anything was ok ! The waiters were full of attitude in their faces whenever we asked for anything mind you we asked for glasses ,spoons plates …and anything you could imagine!! No pre set was done appropriately!!! Hence we had to ask for everything!
At the end we asked the dessert to come up with a happy birthday message note written down but nothing happened! We were left to wonder and greatly regret why we chose this place!! The place was empty and only few tables were occupied meaning it wasn’t busy!!
Management review your standards and offer proper training to your stuff it’s a shame you loosing your business due to such negligence!!! Never coming back never...

Little Bangkok is located next to Emirates towers metro, right beside it holding a dominating position from the metro. Easy access by Metro, or taxi and they even have valet parking.
From the outside From the outside it is beautifully decorated with a lovely garden terrace no doubt for better use in the winter. Brightly lit and easily recognisable from the metro.
From the Inside Inside is beautifully decorated with an Asian influence and theme with ample spacing for a variety of dining options, along or in larger groups. They also have 2 floors to cater for the demand they have during peak hours.
Menu The menu is completely Thai and very authentic, with wide variety of dishes to choose from, noodles, rices, soups, something to tempt most to try something new or old. There is also a large selection of starters, sides and desserts. The restaurant also has all you can eat offers that is very tempting and a shouldnt miss, but only order enough food you will eat.
Prices Very competitive for the location and your in Dubai so don't expect a cheap thai meal.
Food The food in general was nicely presented and full of aroma, with a surprise if you order the dumplings. We ordered a selection as we always crave Thai food, something it is missing in Oman. We ordered the dumpling all you can eat menu along with salad and Pad Thai.
The food came out together and was really delicious with an authentic thai salad and pad thai, and the dumplings won the show, with great taste and presentation.
Drinks We ordered a watermelon and tom yum which were probably some of the best drinks we have had in the Middle East. Well done for incredible taste.
Customer Service Customer service 10/10 for everyone, they all worked very hard to ensure you enjoyed not only the food but the ambience. We had a very noisy table in front of us but that didn't spoil the delicious food and drinks we received during the evening.
Recommendations Fully recommended for people that love thai food and for people that have no idea what thai food is, this will give you an authentic experience. Well done everyone at Little Bankok #LetsGuide #fsya...
Read moreWow. Just wow. I had the absolute honor of dining at what might be the most innovative Thai restaurant in existence—because they’ve somehow managed to serve Tom Yum without the “yum.” Truly groundbreaking stuff.
As someone born and raised in Southeast Asia, with Thai food basically running through my veins and biannual pilgrimages to Bangkok for the last decade, I thought I’d tasted the full range of Thai cuisine. Turns out I hadn’t—because never in my life have I encountered a version of Tom Yum that made me question my entire relationship with food.
For a very reasonable (read: laughably overpriced) amount, I was served four—shrimps swimming hopelessly in what I can only describe as slightly spicy mushroom water. Mushrooms. Lots of them. So unless Tom Yum has recently been rebranded as “Hot and Confused Mushroom Soup,” I think something went very, very wrong in that kitchen.
If you’re going to charge that much for a single bowl, the least you could do is bulk up the ingredients. More veggies, a few slices of tomato, lemongrass you can actually taste, and dare I say… maybe a piece or two of squid? Thai cuisine is known for its richness and balance—not for making people play “Where’s the seafood?” with their spoon.
I get it—maybe you're going for a modern twist, a lighter approach. But that shouldn’t come at the expense of flavor or value. A little generosity with ingredients would go a long way in making this feel less like a decorative bowl of broth and more like an actual Thai dish.
So, if you’re just here for the vibe and don’t mind a little culinary identity crisis, go for it. But if you're chasing authentic Thai flavors, this might not be the destination...
