Tashrifat Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

The way they treated us the time we sat down and leave was unacceptable. In my opinion we all should be treated the same way, no matter what color or where you come from. we sat down outside in the patio and ordered coffee and juice. We waited 21 minutes before we decided to talk to one off the manager . She said they were busy inside that why. New customer came and sad down behind us and their meal was on the table within few minutes. We figured that we weren’t welcome at this place and when we ready to leave, our order showed up. First he brought the juice and he went back and bring the coffee after 5 minutes . Once we done drinking , we paid our bills and getting ready to leave. I saw the host who stood by the door next to the patio running to the guy who helped us and asked him if we paid. He said we paid. I know for sure that host would not do that for every customer. She just picked on us cuz they way I put my hat on or my dread. When we leave I turned around and see inside the room there wasn’t a lots of customers at all. This was my first time visiting Tashrifat Restaurant, and unfortunately, it will definitely be my last. From start to finish, the experience was deeply disappointing.

We ordered hummus and fattoush for a group of five, expecting at least some basic service like empty side plates to share the food properly. Not only did the plates never arrive—despite multiple reminders—but we also waited over 30 minutes with no proper attention.

To make matters worse, the hummus was clearly off—spoiled to the point of being inedible. When we brought it to their attention, the staff acted surprised but did nothing to resolve the issue. In the end, after deciding to leave due to the unacceptable delay and poor service, we were still charged for the ruined hummus.

The overall customer experience was shockingly bad, and it’s unfortunate to see a restaurant operate with such disregard for basic service and...

I eat here with my mother and i can say the restaurant is very bad.. because the worker says at the ordering.. you want eat this? You want eat this and so forth. I think this is bad service because every client knows what they want. I feel the worker want to sell much auf food because the restaurant doesnt work. He feel likes a sales manager not a waiter.
