I recently dined at an Italian restaurant where, while the food was certainly decent, it was the service that truly made the experience unforgettable. The dishes, though tasty, didn’t quite stand out as exceptional—flavors were familiar, and the presentation was simple. However, our server, Abu, turned an otherwise average meal into a five-star experience.

From the moment we sat down, Abu's energy was infectious. He greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel like we were guests at his home. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, but what really stood out was his ability to elevate the atmosphere. His lighthearted banter and genuine enthusiasm brought the entire dining room to life, making us feel relaxed and entertained throughout the meal.

I've enjoyed dining at @carluccios since my first visit to the International chain at their London branch. With @carlucciosuae having a few branches in Dubai, my pizza and pasta cravings are well looked after. I recently tried their breakfast at the newly renovated Dubai Mall branch and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was.

I started off with a freshly ground Italian beans espresso (that I had another of later) which was great. For bigger appetites (like mine) I'd recommend the Magnifica which is like a Full English but more gourmet and with fresh ingredients. I also tried the Smashed Avocado on toast (must try) and the Eggs Royal Benedict which was delicious to say the least. I don't like my breakkie to be too sweet so I opted for the fresh pancakes with Ricotta, berries and honey. It was the perfect and didn't end up becoming a soggy mess.

With the weather getting better, sitting outside with a view of the dancing fountains and Burj Khalifa will definitely help you get your day started off the right way. The service is prompt and brilliant. With Entertainer vouchers you get BOGO which makes it all the more better. I'm going...
