Shsha is very good. And abrabic bread is so fresh. Food is very good. The service is lack of communication and supervision. We ordered one Moroccan tea. Later on, we asked if we can add water to the pot, first waiter said yes and went. After 5mins, the guy wear the waistcoat came and said sorry we don't refill the Moroccan tea. We said fine. After 10mins, the first guy came back with the pot, placed on our table. We asked him, do we need pay for this? He got confused, then he came back with the guy wear the waistcoat, this guy informed us again, that they dont do refill and take away the pot even without waiting for our replying. This made us feel so uncomfortable. we had experience in another place that Moroccan tea can be refill, thats why we asked. But if you say no, we didnt request again, why make us feel so embracing. The best part is after 20mins, second waiter came with new Moroccan tea. We said we didnt order, then the third person came to ask us, what happened with the tea. My friend told me that is just a street restaurant, dont expect so much. But i still want to write, bcoz the food tastes so good, i hope my advise can help the restaurant...

Very bad service you will feel finally as you has been frauded un logical prices and they will force you to take something and they will tell this already paid then finally you have to pay forced like they frauded you for sure they stole me and they force to take meals then later will be good excuses to tell you you to pay . This is not a good manner really bad services to costumer and there is one more bad manner to force you pay they will call someone outside and im completely not happy it was very bad experience in the restaurant and this is the final time I come to this place and I told the staff about that and they tried to tell me next time I will fix but I told him you have really bad service and you fraud me and give excuses like the vat and the order you give and its not your business... so its will be very bad 👎 memory here there is one who is name Hamza staff he followed very bad manner and exposes to all and there are many people were shouting on him so there is not second...

We ordered a Moroccan tea at Cozy Cabana, and a fly was inside the tea pot as the second glass we poured the fly came inside the glass. Certainly not the best feeling. The reason to write this review was because my friend opened the pot of the moroccan tea and found the tea and the mint leaves and other leaves so dirty he was really upset, in addition, one of the waiters challenged me that this is part of the tea and not a fly and said their moroccan tea leaves are the shape of a fly. And I was like just ignored him. Then after a few minutes a large tray of fruits came to us for free, the manager came and apologized, gave another tea pot, and made sure we did not complain to the municipality.
