Kailash Parbat, Pure Veg Restaurant Oud Metha, Dubai — Restaurant in Dubai

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at your Oud Metha branch in Dubai.

Yesterday, my family and I visited your restaurant for dinner, expecting a pleasant evening. However, the experience fell far short of our expectations. Despite it being during the Eid holidays, there were only two waiters serving the entire restaurant, leading to considerable delays in service.

Moreover, we specifically requested less spicy food, but unfortunately, our order arrived excessively spicy, rendering it nearly inedible. We patiently waited for our order for nearly 45 minutes, which further added to our dissatisfaction.

As a customer, I believe it is the owner's responsibility to ensure that such issues are addressed promptly and effectively. I urge you to take this matter seriously and implement measures to improve both the service quality and food consistency at your establishment. In addition, owners should seriously look into the hygine level of the restaurant. Toilets/Washrooms were stinking so bad with Zero maintenance and service.

I sincerely hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify these shortcomings and restore the reputation of Kailash Parbat Oud Metha branch. Thank you for your attention to...

Over the weekend I visited this restaurant located in Oud Metha and must say that this place is a must try visit if you are a vegetarian. They have variety of options to choose from the menu. They also have a buffet which comes with 1 welcome drink, 1 starter, 2 sabzi, 1 rice, 1 daal,, mixed breads, 1 salad , 1 dessert, Raita and Pappad  and all this for only AED 30 per person. The ambience is good with a decent seating capacity and there is plenty of rta parking available in front of the restaurant .

We tried many dishes and my top favourite were Raj Kachori, Penne paprika pasta, Orange & watermelon mojito ,Subz dum Biriyani  and Hot Jalebi rabdi .

A pure veg restaurant with very cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.Great, tasty, hot and fresh food with no delay or drop in taste, we had been to BRUNCH (usually which is there on sat and sun) they have multiple offers like via spryntz app and zomato too. Highly recommend everything in the brunch menu from welcome drink (Passionfruit Mojito) to the staters like Bruschetta, Dal Pakwan even main course like Chole Batura, Dum Biryani and even the kulcha and rotis were really good softest ones i have eaten anywhere in Dubai.The final dessert had options like Gulab Jamoon iceream and Mango cheesecake(which could have been better).

Not to forget they have LIVE counter of PASTA and JALEBIS (TO DIE FOR) 😍
