Disappointing Iftar Experience

This review will detail my recent experience at Azizbhai restaurant for their Iftar Thaal.

Overall Impression:

Unfortunately, our visit fell short of expectations on both food quality and service.

Food:

Temperature: Despite pre-ordering the Iftar Thaal 3-4 hours in advance and specifying our arrival time, the food upon arrival seemed to have been prepared much earlier. It lacked the warmth one expects from a freshly prepared meal. Taste: The overall taste was just average. Reheating Attempt: When we requested hot food, the solution seemed to be reheating (possibly microwaving) the existing dishes, which did not improve the taste or texture. Balance: The Thaal included an excessive amount of fried items, while the main course portions seemed lacking, creating an unbalanced meal. Service:

The service unfortunately did not meet expectations either.

We went to this restaurant today at 9:00 PM and as the restaurant was full , we were informed by the owner and the other person to wait for 30 mins. So we we’re waiting outside for about 15-20 and other customers came after us . When some seats got empty, the manager called the other customers instead of us , which is very disappointing and disrespectful. I went to ask them but i didn’t get satisfactory reply.

This restaurant doesn’t have enough capacity. So I would suggest to do booking to avoid the above disappointment as the owner or the manager doesn’t care whether customers are waiting or leaving , as we left after the above situation.
