The worst experience we had in this restaurant! I really don’t know where to start…. 1- As we arrived the whole restaurant was full so I give the waiter my number for a 20 mins waiting!!!! After half an hour no one called so we decided to go n’ wait by the restaurant so after 10 mins we got our table ( no waiter called) 2- It took the waitress about 15 to clean the table with tissues and the smell was really disgusting of seafood!!! All the 15 mins was just calling for someone to come and clean the GLASS table!! 3- Now another wait for the menu!!!!! And only an iPad just one to share and we’re 6 !!!! 4- we ordered all family size !!!! 5- After alot of waiting the portions are really hilarious !!!!! FAMILY SIZE is really for 2 person!!!!!! The table is too small for all the metal presentation!!!! 6- the food is not bad , we were about done with the food and the waiter came with the fries and rice she told us we forgot this!!!!! 7- We asked for water and they bought the bottle with no glasses!!!!! 8- The service is a disaster!!!!! 9- Table next to our table had a problem they dropped the metal tikka skewers on the GLASS table , the juice was all over the place the gentleman was very angry and he left with his family !!! We had a very bad experience in this restaurant !…. we sat for 15 min waiting to the menu. Asked for it 3 times. The shop was not that busy. no mats placed until requested table very small and engine under table making no space to put legs. chairs are low and table is high. Very uncomfortable. ordered large dynamite shrimp. Presentation is not same as menu image or Instagram post. A metal cup with some shrimps squashed inside. With plenty of sauce. Not even spicy “dynamite” soup came with candle not lit ! ordered main dish seafood full truck ! Serving of the dish was not same as Instagram advertising. I was let down with the presentation. to be honest. The seafood and Cajun sauce was nice. (Reason for the 1 star given). very messy meal. No aprons provided. had to ask 3 times for extra sauce while eating. we asked for sparkling water …. The bottle was HOT and flat. They did get a glass of ice with it though. the waiter got me the invoice and Credit card machine immediately as soon as we finished eating. As if telling us to get off the table now … we need it for more important customers. (NB. I was considering taking desert) … although our bill was 400 aed for 2 persons (i don’t think I was a cheap customer) customer service is very bad.

Overall … very bad experience and never going back...
