Visitors can access it directly from the mall or take a seven-minute walk from the Dubai Mall Metro entrance towards the Zabeel side. One of the convenient features of this extension is the free buggy cart service, which transports visitors between Dubai Mall and Zabeel, making the journey more comfortable.

Transportation options are well-managed, with taxis readily available both at the entrance and downstairs, ensuring ease of commute for visitors. On the right side of Zabeel, you will find key outlets such as Lulu Hypermarket, McDonald’s, and Ibn Sina Pharmacy, along with a few other retail stores and elevator access. This was my first time being picked up from the Dubai Mall by Careem. The instructions in the Careem app were clear, and the instructions in the mall itself were even clearer, written on the walls and stairs. I didn’t get lost, but I found out very late that there is a golf cart available to take you across the bridge if you want to. The Taxi Pick-Up area is separate from the Careem/Limo area, which is less crowded.

The waiting area has a vending machine, comfortable chairs, a great mall-view, and a long glass panel to see your driver approaching before they reach you. There is also an outdoor seating area if you prefer. One last thing, PLEASE add instructions asking people not to sit directly next to someone when there is plenty of space available, like exactly near me with no space, I faced this 3 times less than 5 minutes, while all the chairs offer a clear view of the glass. Kindly include these reminders as most of the visitors are tourists and might not be familiar with...
