Ordered the 3 piece spicy chicken with chips. The chicken was delicious with perfect texture and was moist (the spicy was actually spicy which was fantastic). The coleslaw was quite bland and the gravy was very watery. The fries were crunchy but could have definitely benefited from salt. The lines and wait can be quite chaotic and uncontrolled. An example lf this was a woman who joined the line after me was served before me (originally there were two lines, the woman serving in her line went off to fulfil orders and so the woman who served me turns to that woman and then proceeds to serve her)….. even though that lady came after me and barely waited long at all. Also, I feel like there needs to be a better ticketing and ordering system (monitors with numbers, beepers, anything really) as it gets quite loud and you can’t hear people calling out your number. Deserved a 5-star but I had to leave my food to go back to the counter twice first for cutlery ordered 4 meals and got a set short. Second time for napkins they provided only one how ridiculous. And also got a really dirty look from this female staff for asking her how they made me come over to the counter twice could they not do something better and properly count? Otherwise, everything would have been fine. I hardly leave anyone anything below 5 stars if they just showed courtesy and effort.

This is the whole reason fast food businesses have a screen for orders in the queue so that their staff pretty much give 110% before calling the order number to collect.
