KFC — Restaurant in Dubai

WORST EVER Branch!!!! Such an unprofessional manager doesn’t know they are out of stock and still taking orders.. DFC UAE KFC really bad service!!!!! After waiting for 30 minutes they are informing that the chicken is finished really you take people as a JOKE!!!! You feel sorry for me by saying I feel sorry but we don’t have chicken left you can have chicken strips!!!! Excuse me after 30 minutes of the order you realized that chicken is finished!!! No excuse no compensation!!! When I asked for the refund you gave me my cash like I am a beggar asking for money!!!!!! Really felt disgusted today because of your service and behavior of the staff!! Because my family was waiting and was hungry I couldn’t waste more time there!!! Because of you we couldn’t order anywhere else as all restaurants were on closing really this is not acceptable and I will complain wherever I can for this incident I have experienced...

Incompetency, unprofessionalinsme and rudeness join each other in this KFC branch.

They made me pay twice for two sandwiches claiming that they haven't received the money.

Maya was the one who initiated the payment which she claimed wasn't successful then The manager took over from her and handled it in such an ugly way.

He kept screaming in my face that they haven't received the money wile I was showing him my bank sms & app notif of the déductions but in vain.

At that moment he promessed to follow up wth th issue and offered his number in case the deduction wouldn't b reversed but when I texted him to remind and ask Fr follow up he never answered!!

My bank says they did receive the money twice.

Ayways, enjoy the AED 36. And thanks Fr th above and beyond experience KFC...

I recently visited KFC and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge extra for additional ketchup—something that should be a basic condiment provided without hassle.

It’s frustrating when a well-known fast food chain prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. Instead of making the dining experience pleasant, they make customers feel like they’re being nickel-and-dimed for something as simple as ketchup.

Overall, this visit left a bad impression. KFC needs to improve its service and rethink its policies if they want to keep loyal customers. Definitely not coming back...
