Went here for Eid yesterday with my family. The customer service here is terrible. We stood outside waiting for a worker to lead us in the restaurant and seat us at a table. Instead, she simply stood there at the other end of the hallway, even though she saw us waiting. I even signalled to get her attention and she motioned with her hand 'to wait' in quite a rude manner if I must say so. She seemed to have an attitude and I'm appalled. All it took was for her to come to us and inform us that we would need to wait a few minutes to secure a table, yet she couldn't even do that, she spent that time talking to another co-worker as well. The seating arrangements are fine, however some of the tables are seated right underneath the AC vents, therefore you will feel very cold in the restaurant. This type of seating arrangement is not a good idea, because the customer will not only deal with the lack of a comfortable dining experience, the food will also quickly become cold too, which ended up happening. The food itself was not bad at all, however it wasn't the best either, considering the prices are extremely high. The portions are very small as well so once again the high prices are absolutely not justified. The workers lack an overall professional and friendly attitude, the food arrived quite late to our table, as with other customers, which shows a lack of proper efficiency. It was the day of Eid, and the mall was very busy however might I add that the restaurant was not full of customers either, there were still some empty tables, therefore timing shouldn't be a critical issue. We ordered a Turkish tea at the end, and the waitress made absolutely no effort to ask if we wanted any sugar with it, or if we needed anything else. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, I believe some of the workers of this restaurant need to be trained more to treat customers in a more respectable manner. I would have given this place higher ratings had the customer service been better, had the staff seem not only professional but genuinely hospitable and eager to help. From the moment we entered the restaurant until we said our goodbyes, Alida's professional, attentive, and friendly demeanor made us feel especially welcome and valued.

The food was good. However, service was not equivalent to the amount you pay for such restaurant. The waiter took the tea cups from my table to other table without even asking and when I asked why you have done that, he said I didn’t know you needed them !! It is expected from such a restaurant to deliver good service, polite and trained staff. The atmosphere was not good as the AC was too strong and since we were having Iftar and multiple screens were there, none of them was showing the Iftar time or streaming UAE channels to let everyone knows that it is Azan time.
