Lavender House Asian & Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Dubai

Lavender House Asian and Thai Food Restaurant is a really nice place to visit if you enjoy trying authentic Asian flavors. This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and I specifically wanted to try their Myanmar dishes. I’ve had experience with Myanmar food before, so I was curious to see how it would taste here—and I have to say, it did not disappoint.

From the moment we walked in, the staff gave us a warm welcome. They were very polite, attentive, and quick in serving our order, which created a pleasant dining experience. We decided to try the Mala Xianguo, and it came with such a wonderful aroma that made us even more excited. The taste was excellent—rich, flavorful, and well-balanced.

The portion size was a little smaller than expected, and the price is slightly on the higher side. However, I personally feel it is worth it because the food was cooked with real care and had an authentic taste that’s not easy to find everywhere.

Overall, Lavender House is a great spot for anyone who wants to explore different Asian cuisines. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back again to try more dishes...

Stopped into Lavender House for lunch today and we order an appetizer and two dishes. For the price, it was very good.

Dynamite Shrimp: Crispy on the outside with a yummy sauce. Good stuff, and the portion was decent.

Vermicelli Soup with Chicken & Mushroom: Comforting soup with tender chicken and a good amount of mushrooms. The broth was tasty and satisfying.

Pad Thai: This was the star of the show! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the spice level was just right. The portion was generous, and the chicken was cooked perfectly.

The bill came to 93 AED which was fair considering the quality and quantity of the food.

Overall, Lavender House is a great spot for some good Asian and Thai food. The dishes are well-made, the prices are reasonable, and the service is attentive. I recommend it, and I'll definitely be going back when I am...

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. We ordered Stuffed Bean Curd along with other dishes, but the staff mistakenly served us the same Stuffed Bean Curd that another table had returned, asking them to fix the taste. Instead of preparing a new one, they gave us that returned dish — which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.

What made the situation even worse was that no one from the team apologized or took responsibility for the mistake. The staff simply replaced the dish without showing any concern or regret. This kind of service is shocking, especially in a restaurant that should care about food safety and customer satisfaction.

I truly hope the management takes this incident seriously, trains the team properly, and ensures this never happens again.I will never come this again .I have been here since 2023...
