Avoid this restaurant as long as staff Shavan is around. The staff is not cutomer oriented. We reported the served Fatoush (starter) are just tomatoes and crunchy stuff which should be composed of mixed leaves cucumber and tomatoes. We politely informed that leaves and cucumber are not visible: He told us to forget the complaint and wait for your main course. We ignored the rude behavior to enjoy the food. Henceforth, upon paying the bill we saw the same Shavan at the counter with the Manager. We shared our experience to the attitude of Mr. Shavan. During the sharing, Mr. Shavan was angry and started speaking arabic angrily. We visited this restaurant for the purpose of dining and not to argue with his rude behavior. DISAPPOINTED. I HOPE YOUR MANAGER/OWNER CAN READ THIS. I had been their regular customer but first time to receive this kind of service. I spoke to Lyn over the phone and asked why there is no fried onion which i clearly mentioned to my order but raised her voice and answered me “WALA WALA” which she meant that they dont have it right now. I called back again because the taste is quite different (the mahdbi is spicy) than my previous orders. She then answered me that the cook cannot estimate the level of spicy because they cant taste it. What kind of reason is that? So it is us, your customers to adjust? And to Ms Lyn if you are not happy or you dont like your job you leave. dont forget that you are in customer service. And its very obvious that you dont know how to give good...

To be honest first experience is an bad experience I have tried mandi or arabic food many places But the worst experience was there 1 expensive then other good restaurants 2 service i low 3 does they ever check the rice which they give Not even enough for a person 4 i have to order rice extra to be full or satisfied by my food which even dont look like same mandi rice they got it from biryani 5 look like they r forcing every one to buy extra rice they give u less then average and then u will order 6 To be honest o felt that i been scam hahaha Good job And that doest even happen with me every one around me was shock...
