DO NOT STAY HERE - WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. ||||So we checked in and was given floor 7. We dumped our bags and went out. When we returned at night time to sleep, we got into the room and all we could here is the pounding bass of music and people talking. We were right next to their night club it seemed and they didnt even inform us when we checked in. ||||I put my ear plugs in and tried to sleep after an exhausting day. Then I woke up at 2am greeted by the overwhelming smell of smoke and loud music and more talking (yes I still heard it all through my earplugs!) so About 3am I had enough and went to reception and asked to move rooms. After half an hour of waiting they wouldn’t allow it because my friend was still asleep and said the only way I could switch is if we both switched because they’ll lose money if we use two rooms. I pointed out how unreasonable it was to ask me to wake up my friend at 3am for us to pack up our luggage and move. They were only interested in money and not in pleasing their customers.||||Whilst downstairs complaining around 4am, Some men were fighting at the reception and I was pushed out of the way. Women were getting pushed and hit and a man was attacting another man. I felt endangered and the hotel staff just stood around and did nothing about it and people were recording it. ||||To top it off. The water in the shower was cold! ||||I was awake most of the night and they were only bothered about making money than about their customers. Shocking. Read moreAs the title says, this is a budget hotel. Staff services are good. Manager is good. Hotel is very close by to metro station. Breakfast is buffet and very good with various options. Room was cleaned everyday neatly. Bed was quite premium quality.
Though I stayed many days here and had reserved couple of months ago. They gave a bottle of water only on the first day and then manager refused to give on other days. With the heater on. Hot water usually runs for 10-15 liters which is not enough in the shower(bathtub had no seal valve to try other than shower). The standard room I got had issues with light switches and AC control knob(they were not working). The television hardly had 25 channels and none of them were in a watchable quality.
