Their chicken is smaller now than what it was last time and it is tougher too. We ordered the thigh part for the combo meal but we were given the breast part. There’s halo-halo included in our meal, but before it was given to us, our number was already taken by the staff. We also needed to follow up twice before it was given to us.
Also, please upgrade some of your cups. I know that you want the throwaway cups for your halo-halo but the cup is really small.
On the bright side, the chicken oil is still good. I think it’s even better than the ones we had in the Philippines.

From your response, it seems that you need the customer to complain first before getting a better service/product. Is it not better to satisfy your customers first, so they don't need to ask for something else because what they got is not up-to-par? From my review itself, I mentioned that we already ordered for thigh part. Why do we need to ask the second time, especially after the food has already been served?
Also, please do not blame your customers for not asking for a bigger part of the chicken. If the kitchen knows that the size is not within the restaurant's standard, don't serve it. Better to invest in your quality assurance, than wait for bad feedbacks from customers. Starting on the wrong foot is never an option, most especially in the hospitality industry.

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with the service during my recent visit. I placed my order at 1:00 PM, expecting a reasonable wait time, but the food was only served at 1:30 PM—an unacceptable 30-minute delay without any proper update or sense of urgency from the staff.
Initially, I assumed a short wait would be normal, but as time went on, it became clear that my order was not being prioritized. I approached one of the staff members—a dark-complexioned, chubby guy who wasn’t very tall—to follow up on my order. Unfortunately, he was unapproachable and seemed uninterested in helping. Even while I was waiting, I noticed he kept looking at me without any intent to assist, which made me feel ignored and uncomfortable.
At one point, I even considered asking for a refund due to how frustrating the wait had become. The only reason I stayed was because I was already too hungry. It was only when another staff member—identifiable by a tattoo on his neck—stepped in and followed up with the kitchen that my order was finally processed. Clearly, something could have been done much earlier, but it wasn’t, and I felt like I was being deliberately overlooked.
If you work in the food service industry, please remember: your attitude and behavior directly affect your customers’ experience. Letting your personal mood interfere with your work results in poor service and unhappy customers. This visit left a negative impression, and I hope management addresses this...
Read moreMe my wife and daughter visited the place. The experienced is so bad.. we sat and waiting for someone will give us menu. But no one came to greet and assist us.. we decided to go to the counter, take the menu by ourselves and order.. the time we received our food we realized that we dont have any condiments and tissues in our table. We tried to manage by our selves.. but suddenly something happened in our food..We found a piece of METAL,. We called the attention of the manager vince. He apologized and he understand our situation..he even inform the cashier to removed the specific food in our check,he told us that the food we order will taken out of our bill.. by the time we ask the bill.. it was still on our receipt and we requested to be removed. The guy server inform the lady cashier in a loud voice that the customer said to removed the certain order as if its our mistake that we dont like it !!! We feel so embarassed because the way they communicated to each other everyone can hear them, instead of appologizing they intend to say bad things about us.. i am sorry inasal but i think big ❌ .
