This was our second time visiting this restaurant, when we went first time server was very rude face expression very dangerous no smile egoistic kind of may be she was tired and had some issues that we can predict so I ignored it in my first visit but I gave 1 star for the food cause the chicken curry was my favorite. And in my second visit I went with my friend we seated near the cash counter nobody even bothered to give us the menu so I asked the cashier for the menu and said thanks and after that nobody came to take our order also I gave my order to the cashier again and I asked him can we takeout 2 cans of dew from the refrigerator so he said yes and I served me and my friend as the waiters were seeing us but not bothering at all they were treating us like we were beggars begging for food then I ordered to cashier for 1 chicken curry and 2 parathas it came after 15 min but it's ok taste was really good and after that I ordered for one rice again to the cashier it came after 10 min no worries we waited and ate and after that again I ordered one more rice to the cashier already 10min rice hasn't been served then I asked one lady waiteress to serve us one bowl of rice đ please she said ok again waited for 15 minutes for rice but still not served I again asked the waitress then she punched the order on my third call and didn't even apologized but I ignored that time also patience calm again already 10 min rice not served so all of a sudden my patience was our of control now I stood up and and asked for our bill and told cashier our curry is already cold but you guys didn't seved us a bowl of rice as we waited for 45 minutes also you guys treated us like beggars who us eating for free and your waitress very rude not even willing to take our order and don't even replied as I am also from the hospitality industry I know very well how we should treat our customer and please teach your waitress to smile and speak with the customer politely and not to be shy as they are working in a hospitality sector and have a courtesy to apologize for the mistakes miserably inadequate service and thank you for everything that you gave us in our second visit dinein ,never ever returning back in your new marina restaurant this was second visit and will be the last forever...
   Read moreI just had one of the worst dining experiences at Marina on March 8, 2025, at 9:00 PM, and I am beyond disappointed. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were met with zero professionalism, zero hospitality, and complete disrespect from the staffâespecially from the three kabayan ladies working that night.
First, not a single one of them welcomed us when we arrived. Expecting at least a simple greeting or some direction, but instead, we were completely ignored. Then, when we got to our table, no one even bothered to bring us a menu.
When our food was finally served, it got even worse. The kabayan lady who brought our food was more focused on chit-chatting with her colleague rather than paying attention to customers. I tried multiple times to get her attention because I wanted to order additional food, but she kept ignoring me, too busy talking instead of doing her job.
By this point, we had completely lost our appetite due to the terrible service and utter lack of respect. Frustrated, I decided to just have our food packed for takeaway. But even during that, the same waitress who ignored me just dropped the food on our table without a wordâand guess what? She was still chatting with her colleague while doing so, as if we werenât even there.
This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that should know the value of customer service. If the management of Marina truly cares about their business, I highly suggest reviewing your CCTV footage from tonight at 9:00 PM to see exactly how your staff treat customers.
To be clear: We are paying customers, not an inconvenience. We came here expecting decent service, and instead, we got ignored, disrespected, and treated as if we didnât matter.

My husband and I ordered chicken inasal and daing na bangus. We waited 30 to 40 minutes, yet the customers who ordered after us were served first and even finished eating before our food arrived.
When I followed up with the waitress (a fellow Filipina), our food finally came outâbut it was cold. I asked her why, and she said she would replace it. However, I saw her touch the rice with her bare hand before handing it to the kitchen. I assumed they were preparing a new dish, but to my surprise, they served me the exact same foodâjust reheated in the microwave.
I called her out and asked about what I saw, but she completely denied it. I then spoke to the manager, hoping for accountability. But instead of an apology from either the manager or the waitress, another server was the one who apologized, which was completely unfair.
The only thing I heard from the manager was, âI will talk to her.â That was itâno apology, no responsibility, no effort to make things right.
