Lounge at Address Downtown — Restaurant in Dubai

Dear Team,

I come every two days at least at the lounge I am a platinium member of emaar and I again tell you the service provided since you opened the terrase is a shame for the level of the place and the prices we pay.

I will share my journey only of that day without commenting the other days, first to get the table outside we had to wait which is normal so far once we get called to take the table another person also was called same time he was very mad and me too he was shooting at your manager that why he got called why there is no maintenance of a waiting list and people are called or taking place just like this (for my case I was there before but I have seen that the previous nights too).

Second I asked 3 time to clean the table as we sat on dirty table they didn’t cleaned it before calling a guest even in Macdonald its done. When we ordered the food the waiter brought the food and even did not bring the spoon and forks I think it is easier to eat with my hand a soop from his perspective, I ordered sparkling water he brought a still and the calamari were also cold.

I ordered an expresso 4 times as it took 40min to bring it and I told them I will not pay it this is for sure (this was not charged) but it is a shameful service when you guys are charging 60AED the coffee and almost 100aed a lentil soupe.

It is a shame to have such unprofessional staff or maybe just not enough to cover the whole place for a place being the most premium segment of Emaar and also one of the most expensive expresso in...

I went to the lounge at address downtown for last minute change in plans and I always believe those sudden changes are made from heaven 💗

A reservation for my birthday was made and we were served by Mr.Shamt who was made my day even more special.

I love the place and visited a restaurant before, but the lounge was another level, the atmosphere was nice and the service by Mr. Shamt was exceptional. He shared my best day with a special drink, special cake, a pink flower (my fav) & his beautiful smile. So thank you so much Mr. Shamt 🌷

There was a guest who was opposite to us and he also made my day with his beautiful smile & sincere birthday wishes, He was such a warm heart person indeed. The lounge has such a warmth atmosphere

I will definitely visit the lounge more often for business and leisure .

The service, the food & people working there are all amazing & people you may meet can be super friendly 👌🏻...

I have been frequent visitor at the lounge since 2013. The ambience is amazing and their pastries too thats why I keep coming back. Unfortunately they need to work very hard on training their staff , past 4 years the service has been disastrous. Long waiting time for drinks to the point that you finish a main course and still been waiting for a drink that has been ordered the same time as your dish! Constant forgetting of the orders by staff members seems to be a new standard. I do understand that it is a busy place but especially with recent increase of their prices they should ensure that everything is as per 5* hotel.
