I recently visited Luna Bar in Dubai, and I must express my profound disappointment with the overall experience, particularly with the abysmal customer service that completely ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion – my birthday.

The staff at Luna Bar exhibited a level of unfriendliness that I have rarely encountered in any establishment. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was hostile, and it quickly became evident that the staff had little regard for customer satisfaction. Instead of a warm welcome, we were met with screams and an overall lack of professionalism that left us shocked and dismayed.

The rudeness displayed by the staff was simply unacceptable. Instead of creating a pleasant and enjoyable environment for patrons, the employees at Luna Bar seemed more interested in creating a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere. It is disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for basic customer service principles.

On what was meant to be a celebratory occasion for me, Luna Bar managed to turn it into a night I would rather forget. Birthdays are supposed to be filled with joy and positive memories, but unfortunately, Luna Bar managed to mar this special day with their appalling customer service.

I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to Luna Bar to think twice. The staff's behavior is not only a disservice to the customers but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. For such a high priced place I was expecting a different experience or kind of customer service , after work i decided to go have dinner and a drink alone the whole experience was bad from first moment to last , poor welcoming , they put me in a corner high table beside the DJ while the sole reassurance as empty as showin in the photo and I she told me the the minimum charge is 300 I didn’t refuse at all but still she treated me like someone who will stand by the bar I asked for a charger coz no plug was close to me she refused to help and said I can just take it charge it somewhere far from me I told her I need my phone but she didn’t suggest anything so i decided to keep my phone with me uncharged I asked about the plates as I was hungry very poor response again no explanation of the options again I didn’t say anything she didn’t offer me a tablet to put my bag or offered to put it on the chair in front of my I had to mange that myself no body came to check on me or asked me if I needed anything , I stayed less that hour I paid and left decided not going there again there are lots and lots of places in dubai which offers hight quality of service and welcoming , I don’t recommend to go there and spend so much for that poor service and...

I dont care how great the view is if the place ace has a Horrible management! If you want to be treated like dirt then go there! Its very cheap attitude specially the manager who was on duty on Friday 9th of march i don't know his name unfortunately may be Alex or Max or s.th like that . But he thought he own the place and own you! do he get to treat the customers the way he like which is despicable!
