Mezza Lebanese Kitchen — Restaurant in Dubai

I used to love this place for there amazing food. Also, I had reviewed them previously in Zomato and gave a 4-star rating. Unfortunately, I had to update the review because of a huge disappointment from their delivery service. Like every Thursdays, today also I received a promotional message from @Mezza mentioning about a 30% discount when we order directly from the website. So I went ahead and ordered the food at 10 PM. I crosschecked the timing in Zomato before doing so where it was mentioned the Restaurant is opened till 11 PM. The order was accepted and my money was debited from the account and I started waiting for the food like a fool. At 10.50 PM, as it was very late, I checked my mail where I had got the link to track the order and shockingly found that the order is still pending even after 50 mins. I tried calling the Restaurant several times and no one attended. I never expected that such a well-known restaurant will put me in this situation after taking my money and keeping me waiting for an hour. Mix grill platter: Sheesh tawook was delusions, meat cubes were good. Kofta kebab was not delicious and not authentic at all, it seems like they took the recipe from the Internet and made it.

ATMOSPHERE Restaurant was noisy, waiters had an attitude, staff are average

CLEANLINESS Tables were sticky, dishes had some dust particles on it

PRICE very overrated compared to the value

Me and my wife visited this restaurant for launch for the second time since it is near to our work place in JLT. We had 2 gyros, greek salad and cheese fries. The food was ok, we have no complaint and we liked it. However; The attitude of the waitors is just pathetic..when we arrived to the restaurant, not even a ‘Hello’ or a ‘Welcome’ they are just looking at you with a strange attitude that they almost make you feel like you are not welcome there..Anyway after we sit to our table we were thrown the menus on the table and the first thing we hear from the waitor is ‘YES ?’ We were simply chocked by this unprofessional behaviour.. and trust me, we have seen some restaurants in Dubai… I strongly suggest you to train your waitors to adopt a professional behaviour with customers or hire other people up to the...
