The captain seemed exhausted with red eyes, and overall, they lacked the energy and enthusiasm expected from a charter team.

We didn't catch any fish, which we understand can happen, but they didn’t inform us beforehand that this might be the case or make any effort to adjust our approach. Additionally, there was no GPS tracker on the boat to help us locate areas where fish might be more abundant, which felt like a basic tool that should have been provided.
