My friends and I were very disappointed with the way they treat their customers at Ora club! And yes I am talking about Ora club in Hilton on Sheikh Zayed road, so I know very well what I am talking about as I noticed in every single negative review , they dismiss the concerns and they accuse the person who writes they review that they are talking about another place . So let’s make it clear , I am talking about Ora! As soon as me and my 2 friends arrive , the lady at the reception doesn’t allow us in though we have called in advance to inquire about the club and how we can get in and if there is anything we should do or k ow in advance! We were 3 ladies wearing smart casual, with dresses and skirts though we did not wear heels but we were not in flip flops neither ! We dressed up the same way we did when we went to another night club rbis week and we were just fine ! I can’t believe after we call and the guy whose mobile number is on the website for reservation confirmed that we can come and never mentioned about a dress code , we drove from JBR in a crazy traffic all the way to Ora and we were not allowed just because we have no heels ! Well I think this is something you have to mention it under your logo if it is such a big deal ! What if someone has back problems and is not allowed heels ? What an unacceptable way of treating customers who are actually decent and respectful enough to call in advance and make the effort to inquire about the place and its rules and yet was not allowed inside ! Just like that no empathy , no understanding, not even an effort to make an exception specially that it is not like we were coming in beach clothes! We just did not wear heels! Anyways, Never again ! We were glad in a way that we did not go inside because the kind of clientele they have and that we saw going in , is never what we want to be around and do not reassemble us in anyway !...

The experience we had at this place was very disappointing and regretfully i am forced to nitpick. The reservation and the manager who handled it was pretty smooth however the service was disappointing as my friend was complaining that his alcohol that was specifically whiskey was a bit off .Poor lad did end up having food poisoning the next day which was rather sad .There was vodka provided at the table and a few nibbles that were decent. My other mates were happy with the vodka that was inclusive of the table cost however the whiskey that came at an added price left my friend sick. They market themselves as a khaleeji club with decent crowd however the place had a weird crowd and the music played was mostly Moroccan and iraqi that me and most of my friends failed to comprehend. We especially had an aweful time because of the Egyptian security guard who was very rude to me in the beginning as i uttered a sentence in english with his racist undertone that we only speak arabic here its an Arabic place.Furthermore when my friend left to check on an another friend in a neighboring setting she was denied entrance back in the club despite is having a table .The manager did help resolve the situation but by that time we all were kind of fed up with the environment and the attitude so we left. The belly dance show was fascinating and the only good thing along with the decent manager or the table booking agent we were in contact with .Since i don’t drink alcohol so all i can say is i was happy with my cranberry juice ,sparkling water and munchies however very upset with the whole ambience. The place gives off the vibe of an indecent cabaret and not somewhere a group of friends can have fun. Also there is no outside area so it gets a bit...

Worst club with worst experience in UAE just because of one staff's bad vibe which reflects negativity in the club.

We got couple entry there and once we entered in the club, one guy with grey suit with salt n pepper beard guy who behaved very badly and no manners. He doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. Also he was granted the entrance check-in like owner of this club. After that I saw some other couple also very disappointed and uncomfortably sitting only because of this guy. And they didn't react and ignore it with a beautiful smile. Some other too for everyone's happiness...but this staff doesn't know these all...he is in the same his bloody crap selfish arrogant attitude....

I am sure just because of this guy within one month Ora club review will become the worstest.

At least he welcome with a good smile and ask ...but the way he behaves very badly and just because of him our entire team was unhappy. Simply wasted our money, time and mostly our happiness.

Please note (12th November 2024) the guy who standing Infront of the lift with grey suit, salt n pepper beard guy spoiled our whole happiness. Really embarrassing

Brother.... please don't throw your problems to our happiness.... please try to understand opponents feelings & happiness too.

FYI Grey suit guy (12th November 2024) Do your job happily and love it, then it will spread happiness everywhere.....that impact will make your smile more with happiness. That will reflect as a great success of Ora club.

Love &...

I visited Ora last night, and it was an exceptional experience. For men, a prior reservation is required — mine was handled smoothly by Mr. Haytham. Upon arrival, your reservation is verified, and you’re given drink tags along with a wristband. Once inside, the bouncers or floor manager will promptly guide you to your designated area, which depends on your spending commitment. Everything about the process was very professional and transparent — nothing hidden or confusing. While the mandatory spending commitment might deter some, I actually think it’s a great idea. It helps maintain both the quality and the crowd, ensuring a more exclusive and enjoyable atmosphere. Speaking of atmosphere, it’s on another level entirely. I’ve been to many clubs across Dubai, but Ora stands apart — you really have to experience it to understand the difference. Even by the bar, where I spent most of my time, I ended up meeting some great people and making new friends. I didn’t get a chance to try the food or shisha, so I can’t comment on those. Overall, Ora is the definition of a Dubai-class club — which, by default, means world-class. Thank you, Ora… until we meet again!

I had an incredible time at this club! The atmosphere was electric, the music was on point, and the crowd was full of good energy. The DJs really knew how to keep the vibe going all night. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything felt well organized and safe. The lighting and sound system were top-notch — you could feel the bass in your chest! Definitely one of the best nights out I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to come back!
