A star for the atmosphere and a star for the Dj (music). Beautifully decorated, plenty of space to sit, eat, walk, dance, etc. There's 5 bars inside, so no major lines to order a drink if you don't have a table. I went for brunch on Sat night, prepaid 495aed (about $135) for the premium Hennessey pkg. Premium spirits unlimited til the event is over at 8pm. The low rating is dt MY PERSONAL experience with the service. I was seated right away, but no one came to serve me for nearly 30min. Then another 20min or so for ONE drink supposedly "premium" that tasted like juice! Only ONE of my food items came out after nearly an hour of waiting. The table next to me, had a party of 4, were immediately served, given water and a complimentary glass of champagne. I also noticed that multiple tables around me also had water and this house champagne. I was never offered either or. They also received their food prior to me, mind you they're a table a FOUR vs me by myself. Hookah (Shisha) is also available for purchase separately from the pkg, I was never offered this either. I mentioned the poor timing to management, and I was offered a stronger drink! While continuing to watch others receive their food prior to me. Overall they made me feel like a kid at a kids table, seen and not heard. It made the whole experience very disappointing for me. After my ONE item came out, I just wanted a box so I could leave, my mood was shaken, and I just wanted to leave at that point. Though the drinks are unlimited it doesn't make much of a difference when you're only getting served every 45min! My friend and I went for a dinner to this place last night and we were amazed with such a huge place in different multicultural concept. It’s kind of place which holds 9 different bars all together. This is something very unique which we never saw before. It’s perfect place either to chill out with friends or just to enjoy a date with your better half. Great host at the entrance, Gorgeous Julia will greet you with wide smile and take you to the table. And we loved the service from our waiter Ton, which made sure that everything is perfect and we truly enjoy our meals. As well as Head of waiters Sara were also coming to our table to make sure that everything goes amazing. We’ve been served Scallops Tataki, Crispy Fried Baby Calamari and sushi rolls as a starter, served with tartar sauce, spicy romesco, and finished with bottarga and lemon butter. Canadian black angus, Burrata Truffle Linguini in Butter sauce, basil, fresh truffle shavings, Kimchi Smashed Cucumbers and Mixed Mushrooms and Chives as a main course. And Milk Cake, Vanilla Ice cream and Raspberry Sorbet as a dessert! What a wonderful dining experience! Our meals were delicious, fresh, insane! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction following a disappointing experience at your establishment. Here is a summary of the events:

Upon arriving at the bottom of the stairs near the bar, we initially planned to go to XS Club. However, one of your staff members promoted your venue to us. We specifically asked if it was possible to smoke shisha, as that was our main reason for going out. Reassured by his response, we paid 300 AED for entry for my wife and me.

Once inside, we asked for a shisha, but to our surprise, we were told we could only smoke it standing at the bar. This was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. We declined and requested to leave and be refunded. At this point, your manager blatantly ignored us and walked away without addressing our concerns.

We tried negotiating a refund at the reception, but to no avail. The attitude we encountered was unpleasant, except for your security staff, who were understanding and professional.

Eventually, after prolonged discussions, another manager took our phone number and promised we would be refunded. However, to date, we have not received anything.

This experience left us with a sour impression and completely ruined our evening. I hope your establishment will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and issue the promised refund promptly.
