I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Market restaurant at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Manager Marwan and his amazing team, including Sunita, Abhinav, Chef Adel, and Chef Vikram, truly made our visit memorable.

From the moment we arrived, Marwan ensured that we were well taken care of, showcasing his exemplary leadership and attention to detail. Sunita and Abhinav provided outstanding service throughout our meal, being incredibly attentive and friendly.

The culinary creations by Chef Adel and Chef Vikram were nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, reflecting their exceptional culinary skills and passion for perfection.

The overall ambiance of The Market was inviting and elegant, making it the perfect place for a delightful dining experience. I highly recommend The Market restaurant for its top-notch service, incredible food, and wonderful atmosphere. Kudos to Marwan and the entire team for their dedication...

Very polite service by all members of the staff. We were greeted by Lovelie and Antoine served us our drinks and made sure our table was kept clear of unnecessary dishes. We went for the evening buffet, no a la carte is available for the evening dinner. Ambience was lovely with the restaurant overlooking the Dubai Canal. I went for dim sum which was freshly prepped. It would be nice to have little serving dishes available to put the soya sauce and other sauces as otherwise it just swishes around in the larger plates. Next I had the roast chicken with Yorkshire pudding, gravy, roast potatoes and vegetables. The Yorkshire puddings were too big and very crispy from the outside and not soft enough from the inside. The gravy had apple in it so I wasn’t fond of the sweetness it gave to the gravy. Had the lamb Ouzi also, lamb was cooked well. Deserts were lovely with favourites in the pictures. Overall service was 5 stars as staff are very patient with the children too.
