Parker's — Restaurant in Dubai

It was a little hard to find the restaurant as you know Dubai Mall is so big so spent some time figuring but managed to find it without much problem. Arrived around 11am and had a look at the menu at the entrance before the staff approached me. I told her I was here to try the Matilda's cake and she told me she had to check with the kitchen if it was available as they usually serve from lunch onwards. They managed to get a nod from the kitchen and brought me to a table. So I was just here mainly to try the Matilda's cake and some other items in the menu also caught my eye so I was thinking if I could order more food. However what struck me was the price of the cake, I kept thinking why would a slice of cake be so expensive at 97 Dirhams? The staff explained to me its no small slice and can actually be shared among 3-4 people. I was quite shocked by the answer and I thought that could be the only thing I should order, because I dont even know if I could finish it alone. So I only had the cake and ordered a lemonade. While they were preparing the cake I took a walk outside to the outdoor dining area. It was kinda warm but had great view of the burj Khalifa and the fountain. Too bad the water has been drained off and they are doing some construction works at the fountain. Soon enough the cake was served. I saw the theatrics and how sinful the cake was and I really did try all my might to finish the cake but was defeated. The chocolate was too much and I felt like I had an overdose of it, by the time I felt like I finished half, I told myself I can't eat anymore else I would puke the chocolate out. Thank god there was the lemonade which helped to rid the chocolate in my mind. Definitely not for one. The other table was impressed thinking I might finish it alone while 6 of them were sharing one. Best to be shared before you get sick of it. Its good, but the after feeling was so sick and sinful and probably leave a memory of an event where I would ever dislike eating chocolate in my mind. Reception & Greeting: who greeted us upon arrival, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Their professionalism and genuine smile created such a welcoming atmosphere.

Service Staff: Our server, nadir was attentive without being intrusive, offering excellent recommendations from the menu and ensuring our glasses were never empty. assisting with table service, was equally wonderful, bringing dishes with perfect timing and a cheerful attitude.

Kitchen Team: A huge compliment to the kitchen staff – every plate was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You could taste the care and skill in every bite.

Management: Manager personally checked on our table to ensure everything was perfect, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly valued as guests.

Overall: The team at Parker’s – from the front door to the kitchen – clearly take pride in what they do. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was outstanding, and the service was absolutely top-notch. We left feeling not only satisfied but genuinely cared for.

They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism turned a simple meal into a memorable occasion.

The service was exceptional — fast, efficient, and always delivered with a smile. Our food arrived quickly, yet every dish was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. You could tell that the team takes pride in their work, and that passion truly comes through in every bite.
