If I could I would give them a negative score. So I ordered for a sugarcane and lime drink and they served me a berry or pineapple drink and then the waitress offered me a replacement drink and left. My partner ordered a coffee because i was to have a replacement drink and when I finally ordered a replacement drink, I was told it cannot be free replacement I need to pay. Finally very rude tone and obviously discriminatory behaviour was met out to us and we were charged for two drinks that were returned without consumption. They almost told us we were beggars and we should pay so we did. The bill was for 76dhm and our card was charged 78dm so we went back to point that out coz we were humiliated by them so obviously didn't want to gift them even 1 penny. MANAGER Amin continued treating us like beggars telling his colleague jade that give them 2 dhm and koalas and then he went and spoke ill about us to another customer. Finally they heard that we will escalate this to gvt and their tone changed a bit, they said we will not charge u because we made a mistake. We forced them to charge us and left humiliated for visiting a super scammer shop which treated us like beggars and my guess is discriminated coz of our nationality. We have never felt so cheated and insulted.

Interestingly , the owner replied to my post saying we did a thorough investigation - they didn't speak to us at all. And apparently , all their mistakes of serving wrong drink, charging us more than the written bill, I'll treating us, amin, their manager raising his voice on us all has been ignored and v smartly this issue has...

The place is organised, smooth and cozy. Seats are great. The manager Earl is one of the most wholesome people I’ve ever met in my life. He explained his tattoos and a sad story of one of them that was really sad. We chatted a bit and he has a great sense of humour ! My food came really quick. I ordered their famous MINT burger and was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I ordered it well done and it was still insanely juicy, and the jalapeño mayo on it was the perfect touch 9.5/10. The chicken torchietti Pasta was delicious and comforting. Creamy and the chicken was tender, the pasta was cooked perfectly imp (quite soft) 8.2/10. The New York Cheesecake is the best cheesecake I’ve ever had (I have hated cheesecake my whole life !)It’s so creamy, velvety and a tad bit sweet. When I told earl that he told me that the problem with other cheesecakes is that they’re very sweet and This one isn’t. 9/10.Their signature coffee roast is very nice and they also sell it 8.5/10. Overall I’ll give this place a 9.5/10. I will 100% come back...

Most of the food items were good but when we tried to point out that the chicken bagel was too salty, the hostess/ manager of south Asian/ Indian descent was extremely rude. It’s not as if we asked for anything free. We paid the entire bill for all the items including the Bagel. When we asked for her name she didn’t give it and instead asked for ours. I have never experienced such rude and immature behaviour in a restaurant. The hostess mentioned that the owners were Slovakian and that’s why the bagel was salty as that was their recipe. That didn’t make any sense at all because the dish was called an Italian Chicken Bagel. Regardless, our entire experience lunch experience was ruined. A simple apology would have sufficed.
