Perfetto Pizzeria — Restaurant in Dubai

This was one of my best experiences with a restaurant, albeit an unconventional one..

I was actually here for a pickup order, and the staff (the gentleman at the counter who was also attending to me) very quickly noticed that I'd sat down on one of the outdoor tables and he turned on the outdoor cooling fan for me.

After confirming my orders, he even suggested that I move into one of the indoor tables as the temperature was better inside (as so I did).

He thanked me very politely and genuinely and opened the door for me as I left.

The food that I ordered was excellent as well; the half Dynamite Shrimp and half Super Supreme Pizza was delicious, very juicy and saucy (as I requested) and quite fresh.

The Very Berry Acai bowl was very well made (each spoonful tasted amazing) and the portion of berries was generous.

While the great food was enough to bring me back to this establishment, the real cherry on top was the very kind, polite and sincere treatment by that staff member.

In a sea of restaurants with mediocre customer service that is mostly very neutral and generic, this kind of attitude towards fellow humans (who do happen to be your customers) goes a long way..

Very kind and nice staff. Quick serving and fast processing of the food order. The waiter didn't Speak very well English but still enough to survive... The smoothie was toooo sweet unfortunately, but we didn't say without sugar so it's fine. Better we will take the original fresh juice next time instead of the smoothies... They are made from ice cream I think or syrup but there is no fresh fruits inside... The kofta Meat was a bit tasteless and didn't taste like fresh meat. Was not bad but not really good either. The mojito was good. The burrata was very very very good 😋😋 The pizza was very good as well... The sides was also very good. The desert was delicious and fresh made I guess. Was good flavour and Also good consistent... Prices are very reasonable in comparison to most other places over there and you have a very nice view to the yachts at the marina. Just the seating area should become a bit more comfortable maybe and they shouldn't place their offers in front of the people where they cut the view for them. Sun umbrella s was good to have and nice trees and setup around you.. Would recommend and also come...

Frankly disappointed. This restaurant has to be the worst I’ve seen in years of living in Dubai. And on the Marina walk no less! I feel ashamed that this is where tourists could possibly eat as they walk along the beautiful marina walk. I stopped by myself on a walk along the Marina with some friends and ordered what looked to be (on the menu) a delicious ground beef burrito, cheesy fries and a Oreo milkshake. The burrito arrives along with the fries and it turns out the burrito is instead packed with lettuce, a few pieces of chicken and a few kernels of corn. The cheesy fries are a basket of fries with quite literally string cheese on top. And the milkshake…. Well I have no idea because they didn’t have it and so never brought it. After arguing about 5 minutes and showing the menu to the staff they took the food back to “be remade”. I sat there and watched every one of my friends have the exact same experience. One of them got a fruit salad that actually consisted of old half dried fruit that somehow was mixed with coriander. We gave up after about 30 minutes of waiting and...
