View, location was great, its in the heart of dubai marina, 7 restaurant and bar , I visited 3 of them and last floor, which is incredible view , its really recommended. Pier 7 is a 'must visit' attraction when visiting this fabulous city with some outstanding food and ambience options however don't forget to save your pocket money coz it aint cheap. Actually, it would be a nice location for dining or for simply enjoying a drink. Of course, the breath- taking view is worth a visit. Anyway, I think a nice location like this deserves also nice service, professional staff and probably more warm-hardheartedness. The waitress welcomed me with the info about what minimum consumption they expect per table. My gin-tonic came with room temperature and ice in it...so I had to wait until the ice melted and cooled my cocktail down. I am very sorry about it but I must say that a lot need to done to improve the services, Food has been ok, service - a mess. I really start believing that is a common problem in Dubai - terrible service. Staff was super friendly and kind, but their service skills should have been improved by trainings and a good manager coordination. Moreover, the environment was lacking in many aspects. The ambiance did not match the expectations one would have for such a popular destination.
