From the moment we arrived at Hilton Dubai The Walk, I was met with the warm, family friendly, embracing atmosphere in this exceptional property. Set against the shimmering backdrop of the Arabian Gulf and nestled within the vibrant Jumeirah Beach Residence, the hotel effortlessly blends sophistication with the energy of beachfront living.
The Room: We stayed in one of their spacious 3 bedroom + maid apartments, which offered both comfort and functionality with a touch of elegance. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathed the room in natural light, while the private balcony provided sweeping views of the sea and cityscape. Thoughtful touches—plush bedding, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a serene bathroom with deluxe amenities—elevated the stay beyond the expected.
Walkability & Nearby Attractions: Location is where Hilton The Walk truly shines. With direct access to The Walk at JBR, the hotel places you at the heart of one of Dubai’s most dynamic districts. Whether strolling toward Bluewaters Island and the iconic Ain Dubai, indulging in some retail therapy at boutique shops, or simply enjoying the bustling beachfront promenade, everything is just steps away. The proximity to both leisure and lifestyle destinations makes it ideal for travelers seeking both relaxation and cultural immersion.
Activities: Guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to activities. From water sports along the beach to yoga at sunrise and sunset camel rides, the hotel is a perfect launchpad for all things adventurous. For those seeking wellness, there’s a fitness center and access to the beach club, Spa, Him and her hair dressing, photographer in premises. Families will appreciate the children’s play area and pool and curated kid-friendly experiences.
Food & Drink: Dining here is a delight. The Hartisan restaurant offers an exquisite array of international cuisine, with a daily breakfast spread that is nothing short of lavish with couple of other restaurants with direct beach access. The rooftop bars and cafés nearby offer everything from artisanal coffee to elegant evening cocktails, each served with a view to remember. Room service is prompt and equally indulgent.
Safety & Comfort: Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the hotel’s unwavering commitment to safety and cleanliness and maintenance. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, they are always friendly, helpful and they approach each day and task with enthusiasm and a service-first mindset. Hilton The Walk maintained a calm, secure atmosphere that allowed me to fully unwind. Whether returning late from a night out or enjoying a quiet morning by the pool, I always felt well cared for.
In sum, Hilton Dubai The Walk is not just a hotel—it is a refined retreat that brings together comfort, location, and impeccable service. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or a family who prefer to stay long time as a home, it offers a stay that is both enriching and effortless and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for those who appreciate elegance in the details.

Read moreWas forced to write this review after a multitude of horrible experiences. To start, we entered the hotel on our first day and instantly got scammed of sorts. While checking in they told us that our room wasn't sea view, when we had proof that we did. The lady insisted we didn't and since it was our first day we didn't want an argument and paid 1350 (1200 for upgrade and 150 tax) dirhams to upgrade to sea view and this upgrade gave us access to the breakfast available. The lady then sent us to the executive lounge as we waited for our room so we can relax and have breakfast. The next day when we wanted to go to breakfast we went up to the executive lounge and we're refused access. We explained it to them and they temporarily allowed us to have breakfast and said they will check. What had happened was that the lady who charged us the 1350, did not specify what it was for in the computer system. We were told by those in the executive lounge that we did have breakfast included and it was the normal breakfast which was on the LP floor, which we were okay with but we preferred that we would've been notified earlier. When on the third day we arrived to have breakfast on the LP floor, and after we were seated we were removed before we could even eat. That is so embarrassing! To be removed from breakfast in front of all those people. Then we went down to the front office to discuss this with them and they said that we didn't have breakfast. And we explained that that is what the lady said. The people at the front office said that they would check with that lady and message us at 12. Well that message never came, most likely the cause of them being wrong and the lady telling them that we did have breakfast . The fourth and fifth day, we didn't even bother for breakfast because we were so fed up with the hotel. On the last day as we were checking out, we were late for our flight and we thought the checkout process would be as easy as it is here in the U.S. Instead of us just handing him the keys, he handed us a bill of 3150 dirhams. Claiming that the 1350 we gave them was not enough for the upgrade and that we had to pay 1800 more. That was our limit, we apologize for being rude to the employee but we had had it with this hotel. We spoke loudly and demanded that he just let us go because we weren't going to pay another dime. Some more things to notice were that we weren't the only people being affected by this. All tourists were being scammed this way and they all were coming to the desk to complain. We even saw 20+ year customers saying that they will not be back. Also the elevators take 20 minutes to come down and take you anywhere. All in all, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not tourists. This isnt just to get a generic sorry from their manager, this is to inform everyone of what happens here. People like them are a stain to the beautiful country of Dubai. Awaiting their generic response, it won't be changing anything. We won't be back, and we don't think anyone else should come...
