Poke Zone — Restaurant in Dubai

If you can remember even one instance of the worst, most miserable customer service you’ve ever experienced, I suggest you try ordering from Poke Zone right away. Their service will make every negative experience you've had before look like a pleasant encounter. The interaction with their "friendly," "competent," and "knowledgeable" staff—especially the restaurant manager—will completely alter your perspective on life.

Ordering from Poke Zone is guaranteed to change you. You'll either become a believer if you weren’t one before, or the opposite. I almost wish Google had a different rating system because even giving them one star seems too generous.

I was advised to use a different platform than Deliveroo because their "drivers" allegedly spoil the food with their reckless driving. However, when I tried another platform with their own drivers, the same issue occurred. The restaurant manager decided to cut the sashimi in a different style to make the portion appear larger, which I hadn’t requested, resulting in me receiving large chunks of raw salmon instead. I was promised a 25% discount on all orders, but I never received it. Although they promised a refund for my last order, it never arrived after I've clearly mentioned that I will never order from there again. I confirmed with the restaurant about the order, but the management spoke to me rudely and suggested I complain to the bank without providing any refund reference. The attitude was simply unprofessional.

They are ready to let go of their most loyal customers in a blink of an eye. I was spoken to rudely by the management. One of their delivery boys once complained to me about the management's...

Came here last month by chance. First time ever to try a poke bowl and I don’t regret trying it at this place. My friend and I were thinking of having mandi or poke bowl that night and we decided to have the latter.

The shop was very cute and quaint. Clean and well-organized. You could see all the ingredients at the counter and you’d be able to observe while the staff prepare your order.

Since it was our first time to try a poke bowl, we had a lot of questions which one of the staff so patiently answered each one. Shame that I have forgotten his name.

Anyway, you’d think that their products are pricey but actually they’re value for money. Our orders were heaping with ingredients; serving was not stingy at all. I didn’t even finish the “small” bowl of poke that I ordered. And to top it all, they gave my friend and I each a bowl of açaí deserts, which I was only able to eat the next day (we took them home as our tummies were already full) and they’re very good too!

We ordered a first time and was great!! However when decide to order again (through deliveroo) we received not what we paid for...

Missing ingredients all over!!

So, after notified to deliveroo the incident, a girl called me from a UK number... saying she was part of the team who made the bowls and argued that there was no missing ingredients.

Well i did took a picture, and would not have bother to notify if someone misses one or 2 ingredients...but there were more than 5 missing which is practically the whole dish, making it tasteless and plain.

I order doble onion Doble fried garlic Cucumber Tobiko black Tobilo green Wakame ... None of these ingredients were on the dish...

Long story short, the girl said will resend the order... Followed up 45min after to deliveroo Owner of the place calls again... Again arguing and questioning...

If you dont want to deliver what we order and paid for... then never order again and end of the story... hospitality is for people who knows about it and has passion for it... Not just to take...
