Amazing restaurant located in the Lana Dorchester, offering an incredible view over Business Bay, Downtown, and the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Riviera by Jean Imbert boasts a well-decorated interior with a stunning bar. The dining room, styled in the French Riviera aesthetic, features a palette of blues and whites reminiscent of the sea and sky. Large windows provide breathtaking views of the bay and Burj Khalifa, perfect for enjoying during lunch. Although we didn't dine on the terrace due to the heat, I am sure it would be a fantastic spot during cooler months, offering an exceptional lunch experience. As a French national, the ambiance made me feel like I was in the South of France.

The staff was exceptionally professional and attentive to every detail.

The menu is extensive, with many dishes. We opted for the business lunch, priced at 135 AED for a starter, main, and dessert. Another option is available at 175 AED for two starters, a main, and a dessert.

We also tried the side dish "PW’s Corn/Corn/Corn," a signature creation by Jean Imbert, adored by Pharrell Williams. As someone of Italian descent, I have a deep appreciation for polenta, and I can confidently say that the polenta at Riviera is a must-try! Named "Corn/Corn/Corn" for its three distinct corn elements, it features a creamy polenta base made from corn flour, topped with crispy corn and popcorn crumble. Simply amazing!

The wine selection is impressive, and the chef sommelier is more than happy to assist with recommendations.

From the moment I stepped into the Lana Hotel, I was taken aback by its stunning interior – a perfect fusion of contemporary design, timeless elegance, and authentic British vibes - true luxury (rarely found in Dubai). At Riviera Restaurant, the service was absolutely impeccable. The staff were highly attentive, warm, and well-versed in the menu, providing thoughtful recommendations that elevated our dining experience. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and catered to. The food was simply phenomenal. Jean Imbert’s culinary genius shines through in every dish. Each plate was a perfect balance of creativity and authenticity and incorporating seasonal elements. The presentation of the dishes was equally impressive - but still not overdone. The ambiance of the restaurant further enhanced the entire experience. The elegant decor, soft lighting, and sophisticated atmosphere make it an ideal setting for both intimate dinners and celebratory occasions. Sitting at the terrace at the canel with Downtown view gives slight St. Tropez or Monaco vibes. It truly felt like an escape to the Mediterranean, right in the heart of Dubai. Although the portions (especially for business lunch) are quite small, I can’t recommend Riviera Restaurant enough.
