Hands down the Best Shisha Cafe in Dubai, that's a bold statement let me explain why.

Excellent customer service! Staff are always smiling and very welcoming! Even when you ask for unusual shisha flav mix like Paan, Vanilla and Double Apple(AF) 😁 I'm sure they'll know who this is now.

Excellent Shisha!! Always consistent, flavourful, lots of smoke, never harsh! The coal changers come every 15 to 20mins ensuring your sessions keeps going!

The Cafe itself, it has amazing Ambience, the seats are super comfy they have pillows and foot stools too! Tables are always clean and if you make a mess within 5minutes someone comes and takes it away!!!

It's near the Canal, the views are fantastic, most nights sitting outdoors you'll get a nice breeze, plenty of air con units outside should you get too hot.

Reasonably priced!! I've been to some cafes that charge alot for either mediocre or just really bad shisha sometimes more than double the cost here. Save yourself the embarrassment and heartbreak, come to Fomo!!

LIVE sports, coming from the UK I was able to watch the last game of the season Liverpool V Wolves, they also had Man City V Aston Villa playing on other screens, truly impressive!!

Playing cards, if you find smoking and chilling to boring or need a break from your phone. Ask for a deck of cards they'll happily provide them with a cloth too so the cards don't slip!!

There you have it! If you're in Dubai or visiting like I was make sure you check this place out you won't regret it. As I wrote this review I feel sad as I miss this Cafe and the brilliant Staff. I hope to see you all again...

FOMO Cafe and Lounge was a disappointment, and unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations one would have for a café in Dubai.

The service was extremely slow, leaving us waiting far longer than necessary for even basic orders. It felt like the staff were overwhelmed or unorganized, which detracted significantly from the experience.

Unacceptable Minimum Charge Policy: One of the most frustrating aspects was their policy of a minimum charge of AED 200 if you want to sit outside. This kind of policy feels like a forced expense, especially considering there is no minimum charge for indoor seating. It’s unreasonable and feels completely out of place in Dubai’s typically customer-focused hospitality industry. Such a practice should not be accepted, as it leaves patrons feeling cornered rather than welcomed.

For a lounge that seems to market itself as a shisha destination, the quality was shockingly average. It lacked flavor and wasn’t as smooth as you’d expect from a place charging premium rates.

FOMO Cafe and Lounge might have a good location or some appeal for those who don’t mind their policies, but for us, the experience fell flat. With slow service, a restrictive minimum charge, and mediocre shisha, it’s hard to recommend this place. There are plenty of other venues in Dubai that offer better service and a more welcoming experience without imposing...

Visited this place recently with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite the venue being far from full and no important football match airing, we were informed of a minimum spend of AED 200 per person, which felt excessive given the gloomy atmosphere and lack of crowd.

The service? Let’s just say it varied greatly depending on how “familiar” or “important” you appeared to the staff. While some tables received smiles and attentiveness, we found ourselves waiting, ignored, and occasionally spoken to with a tone that could best be described as unbothered. Not exactly the hospitality you’d expect from a well-known resturaunt.

To top it off, valet parking was quite a trek away, which would have been manageable if we were allowed to use the clearly accessible exit entrance – but we were told to walk all the way around. Strangely enough, others were allowed to walk in freely from the same spot. Go figure.

I will be fair and say that the food was very good though, although being a little expensive.

In short, this place may look good, but if you’re expecting consistent service, fairness, and a welcoming vibe – manage your expectations and go elsewhere.
